Bermuda has a humid climate. The Gulf Stream prevents the temperature from dipping below the freezing point. Bermudian winters are windy with the average temperatures hovering around 20 degrees C (68 degrees F), while the summers are humid with the temperatures staying under 30 degrees C (86 degrees F).
The islands of Bermuda are low lying in nature and are covered with dense forests. Most of the flora and fauna that are presently found in the islands of Bermuda have been introduced later by the later settlers.
