About Udaipur

Udaipur- the famous "white" city of Rajasthan or The city of Lakes stands on the banks of the lake Pichola in Rajasthan. Maharana Udai Singh founded Udaipur meaning the ‘city of Sunrise’ in 1599 AD and today it is a one of the better-known tourist destinations of India. The marble palaces, beautifully laid out gardens and the lakes make Udaipur seem almost like a mirage in the desert.
