Zandvoort is in the province of North Holland located in Netherlands. Zandvoorts is the closest beach from Amsterdam, in Holland. It is a nine kilometer long beach with the wide expanse, clean waters and cafes that makes it a popular destination for holidays. In summers you will find many tourists gather on the beach to bathe in sun. It is a nice break from the monotonous city life and helps you rediscover your soul. It is very famous amongst the sea-lovers. It has a long sandy beach bordered by coastal dunes and a vast ocean.

Zandvoort was initially known as Sandevoerde and was under the French rule during the eighteenth century. This region is popular for its dune potatoes which has helped in the development of the tourism industry. Tourism is the main source of income in Zandvoort.     √ Circuit Park : - The town houses this motor sport race track which is the most renowned one in Netherlands. Watch some famous races happening here. It's great and very spectacular to be on the tribune.

    √ Zandvoort is also a home to the number of museums like the "Zandvoort Museum", "The Beachcombers Museum" or also known as "Juttersmuseum" which has some of the rarest collections of things.

    If you come to Zandvoort make sure you visit the "Haarlem city" widely known for its cultural heritage.

    It also has a wide range of restaurants and hotels serving authentic Dutch cuisines.

    Do visit the "Zuid-Kennemerland National Park" and "Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen" which are popular areas for walking and cycling. Here you can spend some intimate moments with your dear ones.
