This apart, in this museum a military section has also been introduced which holds wooden biplane models and a wonderful brass battleship.

The Jodhpur Government Museum has a public library and zoo also in its vicinity. It opens at 10.00 am in the morning and closes at 4.45 pm. It is accessible on every day of the week excepting Fridays and official holidays.
