Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Nairobi - Sweetwaters

  On arrival you will be met and driven to Sweetwaters Sanctuary after safari briefing .Our destination is Sweetwaters Tented Camp a sheltered oasis,clustered around a waterhole and set in the pristine calm of its own private reserve, arrive in time for lunch.After lunch we shall go for an afternoon game drive in the private 110,000-acre ranch, also worldly known as the site of Jane Goodall's Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Animals to be seen are mainly the big game, including giraffe, zebra, buffalo, elephant, Oryx and eland. Dinner and overnight at Sweet Waters Tented Camp (L.D.B).

• Day 2 : Sweetwaters - Samburu

  After breakfast drive further to Samburu Game Reserve.Wild and rugged, Samburu is fiercely beautiful with its arid savannahs watered by the lovely Uaso Nyiro River. It is also one of Kenya's most protected areas and home to species only found north of the equator this includes reticulated giraffe, Grevy's zebras and Beisa Oryxes. After Lunch proceed for a game drive in search of the elusive Leopard, Lion, Elephant, long necked graceful gerenuk, Grevys Zebra, reticulated Giraffe, Oryx and other plains game. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge (L.D.B).

• Day 3 : Samburu

  Full day will be spent in this reserve with both morning and afternoon game drives all meals and overnight at the above mentioned lodges. Samburu Sopa Lodge (L.D.B).

• Day 4 : Samburu - Mt Lodge

  Drive to Mt Kenya region our destination being Serena Mount Lodge the only ‘tree hotel' ever to be built on the slopes of Kenya's legendary Mount Kenya.from the privacy of your own room steady streams of shy and magnificent creatures are drawn to the ancient water hole.One can also awake to the trumpeting of elephant, fall asleep to the symphony of the African night or sit in stillness and observe the fascinating interplay of the animals as they arrive to drink, bathe, spar and forage around the water hole. Lunch, Game viewing from your balconies.There is also a tunnel leading to a photo-hide, which offers spectacular viewing and photographic opportunities just metres away from the wildlife at the water hole Apart from viewing frequent animals, you might sight the elusive Bongo antelope or even the Golden Cat. All meals and overnight at Serena Mt Lodge (L.D.B).

• Day 5 : Mt Lodge - Lk Nakuru

  Proceed to lake Nakuru famous for its stunning flocks of the lesser flamingoes which literally turns the lake pink. Lunch at the lodge followed by afternoon game drive where animals expected to be seen Includes Thompson's and Grant's Gazelle, the rare long eared leaf-nosed bat, Columbus monkey, Rock Hyrax, Hippo, Leopard, Lion, Rhino, Waterbuck, Impala, Gazelle, Stripped Hyena, Bat eared fox, Wild cat, Reedbuck and Golden cat. Re-stocked mammals include; Lion, Black and white Rhino and the endangered Rothschild's Giraffe just to mention but a few. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Lake Nakuru Lodge (L.D.B).

• Day 6 : Lk Nakuru - Mara

  Head to the world famous Masai Mara game Reserve considered a "must see" for any visitor traveling on safari in Kenya reason because its graced by a wide variety of unique and exquisite wild life and birds. Its home to the richest concentration of wildlife, including the "Big Five.Zebras, antelope, gnus, Oribis, hyenas, giraffes, warthogs, gazelles, hartebeests, hippos, crocodiles and others are well represented. The park has the largest concentration of African lions, including the black-maned lion. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge which will be followed by afternoon gamedrive where you will expect to see the above named animals. Returning for dinner and overnight at the lodge Mara Sopa Lodge(L.D.B).

• Day 7 : Mara

  The Maasai Mara Ecosystem holds one of the highest lion density in the whole world and its where two million Wildebeest, Zebra and Thompsons gazelles migrate annually. During our day of morning and afternoon game drives we may view prides of lions, hippos in the river, cheetahs racing across the plains and many varieties of antelopes. Lunch dinner and overnight at lodge Mara Sopa Lodge(L.D.B).

• Day 8 : Mara - Nairobi

  An early morning gamedrive is worth as one gets a chance of seeing a lot of animals before the heat of the day sends them to hide under bush. Return for breakfast and proceed to Nairobi. On arrival transfer to the hotel /airport.
