    After arrival in Port Blair you will be received and transfer to your hotel. After lunch in afternoon leisure visit to Corbyn's Cove beach (9 kms by road), an ideal place for swimming, Sun basking. In the evening attend the enthralling sound and light show at Cellular Jail where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive.

    Description :

    After breakfast, start for a full day tour by private ferry to visit Ross Island from where the Britisher's governed the entire Island, prior to India's independence (Wed Closed). Then visit to North Bay (coral island) an ideal spot for coral viewing and other water sports activities. (Optional activity: Snorkelling).

    In the morning departure to Havelock by Inter-Island ferry (54 kms by sea from Port Blair). Visit to Radhanagar beach (No.7) which is rated as the Asia's beautiful beach by Times Magazine. Overnight stay at Havelock.

    After breakfast proceed to Elephanta beach by private boat, an ideal spot for swimming and sun basking. Also you can see the beautiful marine life by doing snorkelling or by glass bottom boat ride. Overnight Stay at Havelock.

    Havelock - Port Blair

    Description :

    After check out day free for leisure activities like scuba diving, game fishing etc at Havelock. After lunch proceed to harbour to return back to Port Blair. Overnight stay at Port Blair.

    Terms of Services - Tour Booking Policy Booking
    A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our package tour for Andaman Islands of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. By paying deposit confirms that you and other people on the package tour in Andaman Islands accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.
    Deposit
    After receiving the booking request we will send the confirmation once the rooms are blocked, then on a deposit of 50% of the tour cost is must within 05 (Five) business days.
    100% payment will be required within 05 days if the booking is for

    Payment
    All payments can be made by cash, cheque, Demand Draft or bank transfer. All the tour cost mentioned is exclusive of the bank service charges and will be added to your invoice cost. For booking which are made within 30 working days of tour arrival, the full amount will become immediately payable.

    Balance
    Once the booking request and deposit has been received an invoice will be sent, along with a receipt for the already paid deposit amount. The balance of the payment must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival. Any booking made within 30 working days of the arrival is considered to be late booking for which the full and final payment is required at the same time of booking. Failure to pay the balance within the specified period will result in the cancellation of the booking, and in payment of a cancellation fee as detailed below.

    Cancellation
    If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel the booking, a written notification should be made. The date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by us . Cancellation request should be sent by the same person who sent the booking request. As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel, the cancellation charges will be applicable as follows Before 15 days of arrival - 50% of the Tour Cost 14-08 days of arrival - 75% of the Tour Cost 07 days or less of arrival - 100% of the Tour Cost.

    Re-payment
    All the re-payments for the cancellation will be paid in 3-4 weeks of cancellation.
    Change of booking
    If, after confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangement in any way, for your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible.

    Early Check-in / Late Check -out
    Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in all hotels are 0800 Hrs. (IST). Therefore cost of early check-in or late checkout is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late check-out if required but we do not guarantee that, that depends upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.

    Use of vehicle after tour
    Please note that cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) is not included in the tour cost like : - Usage of vehicle like after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.
    Amendment of itinerary
    Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.
    Surcharge
    The Price of your travel arrangement are subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, schedule airfare and any taxes levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, amount exceeding over 2% will be surcharged.
    Our Liability
    We accept the liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our agents, which include our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability. The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft howsoever caused. Any act, omission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused. We are unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and sea ports and similar event out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.Jurisdiction in respect of any or all dispute/s arising out of in relation to this agreement shall vest exclusively in the court of Port Blair jurisdiction.All the rates are subject to change without prior notice.

    Tour Operations Policy
    Check-in time at most of the hotels starts from 0730 hours to 1200 hours. Please note that our Tour Executive will be awaiting you holding a placard with your name written, at the exit gate of the Veersavarkar International Airport. If you are arriving by ship, the same procedure applies as above at the harbour. Tour Itinerary will be advised to you by our Guest Relations Executive after arrival. Tour Itinerary may be shuffled without prior notice because of holidays, inclement weather conditions etc.,. However all the sightseeing spots mentioned in the itinerary will be covered. The vehicle used will be exclusive for that group but will not be at its disposal. It will be provided as per contract & will change sector wise. Extra charges are applicable for the vehicle used apart from the itinerary. The Tour Itinerary is made a day or two prior to your arrival and will be advised to the respective driver by our Operations department. Drivers will adhere the same and no alteration is permitted by the drivers. In case an alteration being necessitated due to weather change as mentioned above, it can made only by the Operations department and the same will be advised to you. As the vehicle & drivers keep changing, we request you to take diligent care of your personal belongings throughout the tour. We make contingency plans so that the sight-seeing and tour itinerary do not fall on a closing day. Most of the sight-seeing spots listed in the Port Blair City Tour remain closed on Monday and other Government holidays. Ships sail for Havelock at 0630 hrs, 0900 hours, 1230hrs and 1400 hrs and return from Havelock the same day at 1400 hrs and 1600 hrs. Ships belong to the Andaman & Nicobar Government Administration. Sailing of ships aboslutely depends on weather conditions. Due to inclement weather conditions that may occur at Port Blair, some of the sight-seeing spots can be visited but may note be suitable for snorkeling, due to less or nil transparency of water. At some other spots, live coral which can be viewed through from a glass bottom boat could be affected owing to rain or overcast weather. Light & Sound Show conducted in an open-air amphi-theatre in the Cellular Jail too, is totally dependent on weather conditions. There will be no refund of any unutilized service in part or in full, what so ever may be the reason. Check - out time of the hotels in the Havelock Island is 0800 hours and the return ferry for Port Blair is available only by 1600 hours. So you will be requested to check out in the morning and spend time in the lobby or in the nearby beach till the departure time. However, you can request the hotels for late check - out and the hotels will do the needful, subject to availability of rooms. If you need guaranteed late check –out, then you have to inform us in advance and the rooms can be provided @ 50% discount, subject to availability. Check - out time of the hotels at Port Blair is 0800 hours. In case you are flying out on the afternoon flight, you can request the hotel for a late check - out and they will provide the room subject to availability. Or else you will be requested to check - out by 0800 hours and spend time in the hotel campus. Alternatively, you can book for extra tour with us. Please note that our tour escorts are not permitted to do guiding at some of the sight seeing spots. So you are requested to hire professional guides for sight-seeing at the Cellular Jail and while in the Ross Island. Please carry swim suit, towel and change dress while going to North Bay, Jollybuoy Island, Red Skin Island and Elephanta Beach.

    Dear Guest, Thanks for your interest in our services. Pl. find below our Policy points under which this transaction is done. We believe you too understand and appreciate these, which have been developed to facilitate a hassle-free, memorable and a most pleasant holiday in the Andamans.

    Hotel Booking Policy Age Limit
    The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotels empaneled with us. Accompanying children must be under 12 years of age. They will be charged as per the child tariff.Children above 12 years are charged adult rates. Kids under the age of 5, sharing a bed with their parents in the same room, are normally not charged. Hotels will, however, levy a meal supplement charge for children. But few hotels charge charges for the child from 02 years.
    Check-In Timings
    Each hotel has its own check - in and check - out timings. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and you may need to pay extra for it. Tariff:- The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, pl. note that it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
    Photo-ID:- Some hotels require you to furnish a valid photo-id proof at the time of check-in. Documents that you can carry as id proofs like PAN card, driving license, passport or voter's ID card. We request you to carry any one of these to avoid inconvenience.
    Food Served:- Food as per the Meal plan will be served by the restaurant at the respective hotel. The Hotel has the sole descrition to decide the menu and the way the meal is served, either A-La-Carte or Buffet.

    Deposit & Payment Policy Deposit
    Following the receipt of the booking request from you, we will be blocking the rooms and sending you an email confirmation. This usually takes 02 (two) days. On this confirmation alert, you are required to deposit the total dues within 05 (five) working days for us to BOOK the accomodation for you. We will confirm your booking within 02 (two) working days from the receipt of your payment.
    Payment:- All payments can be made by Credit card, Cash, Cheque, Demand Draft or Bank Transfer. We accept Visa and Master cards. You are requested to inform us about the depositing once it is done.

    100% refund if reservation is cancelled more than one month prior to date of arrival. 50% refund if reservation is cancelled before 07 days. No refund if cancelled less than 07 days.

    The Refund on cancellation would be as under. For cancellation before 30 days - 75% of advance amount. Between 7 days and 29 days before Check-in 50% of advance amount. Upto 6 days before check-in - No Refund.
    Dolphin Resort
    For any cancellation advance amount will not be refunded.
    Fortune Bay Resort
    100% refund if reservation is cancelled more than one month prior to date of arrival. 50% refund if reservation is cancelled between 2 weeks to one month. No refund if cancelled less than 2 weeks.
    Hawabill Nest Resort
    For cancellation before 30 days 75% of advance amount. Between 7 days and 29 days before Check-in 50% of advance amount. Upto 6 days before check-in Not Refund.
    Hawks Bill Nest Resort
    For cancellation before 30 days 75% of advance amount. Between 7 days and 29 days before Check-in 50% of advance amount. Upto 6 days before check-in Not Refund.

    100% refund if reservation is cancelled more than one month prior to date of arrival. 50% refund if reservation is cancelled before 15 days to date of arrival. No refund if cancelled less than 15 days.

    Cost for one night will be deducted from advance payment if the booking is cancelled
    Hotel Kingdom
    No deduction is applicable for the Cancellation / Modification done minimum thirty days, prior to the date of check in. 50% of the Room Tariff will be deducted for the Cancellation / Modification done minimum ten days prior to the date of check in. No Refund will be given for the Cancellation / Modification done with in seven days to the date of check in.

Cancellation for fully pre-paid bookings made less than 30 days prior to date of arrival: will not be refunded. The booking fee is non-refundable.

    Full Refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance. 75% Refund for cancellation received 29-14 days in advance. 50% for cancellation received 13-7 days in advance. No refund for cancellation received less than 7 days in advance and unused nights or early checkouts or in lieu of Govt. ferry cancellation.
    The Wild Orchid Resort
    30 days or more - 100% refund. 7 - 29 days - 50% refund. Less than 7 days - No Refund

    Turtle Resort
    For cancellation before 30 days 75% of advance amount. Between 7 days and 29 days before Check-in 50% of advance amount. Up to 6 days before check-in Not Refund.
    However, if your bookings are for the stay between 01 December to 15 January, no refund will be made for the cancellations. Totto Tours & Travels charges a separate service fee of Rs 500 for all cancellations. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the time of receipt of the cancellation request at our end. For example the cancellation received between 1000 - 1700 hours on a working day (Monday to Saturday) will be considered on the same day and the request beyond the time mentioned will be considered on the next day.
    No Show
    If you don't show up at the hotel as per the booked schedule, you'll still be charged the entire amount.
    Modifications and change of booking
    If, after confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangement in any way, for your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes, but please be aware that it may not always be possible.
    Re-payment
    All the re-payments for the cancellation will be paid in 3-4 weeks of cancellation. All re-funds will be made through bank transfer only.
    Jurisdiction in respect of any or all disputes/ arising out of in relation to this agreement shall vest exclusively in the court of Port Blair jurisdiction.
