Day Wise Breakup

Day 1 - Jimma

Drive to Jimma. On the way visit Wenchi lake. Overnight Jimma in a chosen hotel.

Day 2 - Jimma

Drive south crossing very nice views and coffee plantations. Overnight Bebeka or MizanTeferi in camping.

Day 3 - Kibish

After breakfast drive to Kibish. Overnight camping.

Day 4 - Kibish

Whole day visit Surma tribes in their villages. For beauty women put circular or trapezoidal plates into their lips. With luck see the "donga"stick-fighting game. Overnight camping at Kibish.

Day 5 - Ethiopia

Proceed to the Omo park, richest of animals in Ethiopia. The Omo National park is the richest park in Ethiopia, includes buffaloes, antelopes, and spot lions, leopards, sometimes Giraffes. Overnight camping Mui (park's headquarter).

Day 6 - Surma

Drive to the Omo river and cross the river by small boat to visit the Mursi people, similar to Surma. Overnight camp Nyangatum.

Day 7 - Nyangatom

Visit Nyangatom people (Bume) and villages. Additional we might ask the police to take us to 15km to Kenyan border to visit villages and tribes. Drive 80km to Omorate. Overnight camping at Omorate Dassench village.

Day 8 - Omorate Dassench village

Drive back to Omo national park head quarter for overnight camping.

Day 9 - Bebeka

Drive to Bebeka. Overnight camping at Bebeka.

Day 10 - Ajura falls

Drive back to Welayta Sodo for Overnight camping at Ajura falls.

Day 11 - Arbaminch

Drive to Arbaminch. On the way visit Dorze people. Arrive in Arbaminch for a boat ride on Lake Chamo to see the biggest Crocodiles and Hippos. Overnight in a chosen hotel.

Day 12 - Turmi

Drive to Turmi. On the way visit Konso and Erbore village. Overnight Turmi camping.

Day 13 - Turmi

Drive to Kortcho village to visit Karo tribes. Return back to Turmi for overnight camping o.

Day 14 - Konso

Proceed driving to Konso. On the way visit Erbore. Arrive in Konso and visit "New York". Konso people Gesergios village commonly known as” New York” village due to its natural landscape with mountain structure that seems precisely a big city with modern buildings. Overnight camping.

Day 15 - Yabello

Proceed driving to Yabello. Arrive in Yabello check IN to your hotel, and proceed driving to visit the singing well and the Chew Bet creator lake. Return back to Yabello for overnight hotel.

Day 16 - Awassa

After breakfast drive to Awassa. On the way visit coffee plantation Agere Mariam. Arrive in Awassa for a short boat trip to see aquatic birds and Hippos. Overnight in a chosen hotel.

Day 17 - Ababa

After visiting Abiyatta Shalla lakes national park, drive back to Addis Ababa. In the evening you will invite fair well dinner in one of Ethiopian restaurants with folkloristic dances. Transfer to the airport for departure.
