On the 3rd day of your yoga tours you would start practising yoga including practice of Asana, Yogic Breakfast, lecture by expert, tea break, yoga sleep (psychic sleep), yogic lunch, Antar mauna (practice of silence a different way of Meditation), Tea break, Yogic Dinner.
