Day Wise Breakup

Day 1 - Chennai - Port Blair

Depart from Mumbai, Arrival at Port Blair. Fly in from Chennai to Port Blair. Your Naral Travels representative will assist you at the Veer Savarkar International Airport on arrival. Get aboard the waiting vehicle and transfer to hotel. Check-in at the hotel, rest of the day is at leisure to relax. Dinner and stay overnight at the Hotel.

Day 2 - Port Blair

Day begins with a visit to Ross Island. Once the administrative headquarters of the British, this island is now under the Indian Navy. In the afternoon proceed for a relaxing excursion to North Bay. Water lovers will enjoy snorkeling in its shallow waters with a chance to see corals up close. Later in the evening proceed for Harbor Cruise one of the most sought after activities. Starting from Phoenix Jetty, it covers seven islands that include the floating dock, Viper Island and Chatham Island. It leaves a lasting impression. The day draws to a gentle close with the Sound and Light Show at the historic Cellular Jail. Return to the hotel, dinner and stay overnight.

Day 3 - Port Blair

Today, discover the spirit of Port Blair. Embark on a city tour, first up is a visit to the picture-postcard Corbyns Cove Beach. Tall swaying coconut trees, white sands and the emerald sea welcome you here. Mind and body at ease, your next stop over is at the Anthropological Museum. These islands are inhabited by a variety of tribes that include four Negroid and two Mongoloid. Get a peek into their way of life. History beckons next. The Cellular Jail has a pride of place in India 's freedom struggle. From Veer Savarkar to Batukeshwar Dutt, many a stalwart were imprisoned here. Visit to Forest Museum, Chantam Saw Mill and Samundrika Naval Maritime Museum give you an insight into the natural wonders of these islands. After a long day, return to hotel happily tired, rejuvenated and pondering over the newly acquired local knowledge. Dinner and stay overnight at the Hotel.

Day 4 - Port Blair

Tourists are welcome to use this day as they please. While some might like to laze by the beach, others might want to shop and still others might want to wander around the bylanes of town. But for those who would like to use this day for specific activities, we recommend a visit to either Baratang or Jolly Buoy as optional tours. Baratang is an island with dense tropical forests. From tidal swamp forests and littoral forests by the coast to a mud volcano and limestone cave. Return to the hotel. Dinner and stay overnight at the Hotel.

Day 5 - Port Blair - Havelock

Today morning after breakfast depart for the jetty. Head to Havelock Island onboard MV Makkruz, the most luxurious cruise boat connecting the two islands! Havelock, located 38 km from Port Blair, is well known among snorkelers, scuba divers and discerning beach lovers worldwide. The island's Radhanagar Beach was rated as the best beach in Asia by Time, the world's premier news magazine, in 2004. Travelers from the West and South East Asia have long enjoyed this scenic beach. It is an ideal beach to unwind with an intoxicating combination of white sand, crescent hill and lush forests. While Radhanagar is a beach lover's paradise, snorkeling buffs head for Elephant Beach. This is a leisurely day on your own to enjoy one of the jewels of the Andaman archipelago. Dinner and stay overnight at the Hotel.

Day 6 - Havelock

After a leisurely first day soaking in the beauty of Havelock, it is time to do an island tour. Start the day with a visit to the Elephant Lumbar Camp. Elephants are used for a variety of purposes in the Andaman. They play a major role in transporting forest produce in the jungles for human consumption. The tourism industry also employs them. One particular elephant has also picked up the art of swimming, and is a big draw. A visit to the nearly Kala Pathar Beach is part of the morning activity. The second half of the day is set aside for the island's showstopper - Radhanagar Beach. This crescent shaped beach is simply a sight for sore eyes. With lush tropical forest on one side, the draw of this white sand beach is legendary. After a relaxed evening by the beach, return to hotel, dinner and stay overnight.

Day 7 - Havelock - Port Blair

Transfer to the jetty and back to Port Blair onboard M V Makkruz. On arrival, board the waiting vehicles and drive to your hotel in Port Blair. Rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner and stay overnight at the Hotel.

Day 8 - Port Blair

Morning Departure transfer to the Port Blair airport. This marks the culmination of a memorable trip to one of India 's natural wonders? the Andaman Islands.
