Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Kathmandu

  Arrival Kathmandu, upon arrival meets, The representative from Sampurna Aventura Travel and Tours will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport & then transfer you to the hotel, check in and Overnight at hotel.

• Day 2 : In Kathmandu

  Visit Swoyambhunath Stupa with its 2,500 year history. Later visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient royal residence, Kasthamandap, Mahadev & Parvati Temple, Kumari palace sacred for Buddhists and Hindus and bazaars.
  In the afternoon, visit Patan Durbar Square, the old Newar City with the Golden Gate, the Temple of Taleju, Golden Temple and surrounding beautiful monument, overnight at hotel.

• Day 3 : In Kathmandu

  Visit to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, the Golden Gate, Palace of 55 windows, Lions Gate, Nyatapola Temple square, Bhairab Temple, ceramic/pottery square and Dattatreya Temple. In the afternoon visit Boudhanath, Buddhist shrine surrounded by many typical houses and monastery of the Tibetan refuge later visit to Pashupatinath, the most sacred Hindu temple of Shiva, at the bank of the river Bagamati, overnight at hotel.

• Day 4 : Drive: Kathmandu - Besi Sahar (800 Mt) - Ngadi: 6 hrs drive

  Your journey will start through the countryside drive up to Bhulbhule 830 Mt, the trail goes through green hills, rivers, villages with winding roads by the Trishuli River, from Mugling, you will follow along the road toward Pokhara, from Dumre the road follows to north towards Besisahar, after lunch 2 hrs treks up to Ngadi 1050 Mt, you will have first glimpse of the gorgeous Manaslu range. Overnight at guest house, (B, L, D)

• Day 5 : Trek: Ngadi to Dharapani 1860 Mt - Chame 2670Mt 7 hrs.

  Today you will enter to the Manang region passing through the village of Gurung, Bahun and Tamang etnic group in Jagat, Chamje, and Tal.
  In route you will find rice field, corn, barley and potatoes, also offers nice view of rhododendron, bamboo forest, waterfalls and Marsyangdi River, which offers the most sensational views of Lamjung Himal, Annapurna II, and Annapurna IV (7,525Mt) as well as small hot springs gives you relief on your long day trek. Overnight at Chame.

• Day 6 : Trek: Chame to Upper Pisang 3300 Mt 6 hrs

  The trail follows by a steep and narrow path through a very dense forest takes you to the dramatic curved rock face; you will cross the river over on suspension bridges. The U shaped Manang valley is hanging between two giant snow peaks, by midday through these wonderful sites you will arrive at Upper Pisang, it offers excellent views of Mt. Manaslu, Lamjung & Annapurna, after disjuncture of two route, you will follow the upper route via Geru, overnight in lodge at Upper Pisang.

• Day 7 : Trek Upper Pisang to Manang 3540 Mt 7 hrs,

  Today you will have outstanding sceneries, feel like horizontally in front of the majestic peaks. The panoramic views of the mountain such as Pisang peak, Annapurna gives you unforgettable views, from today you will find the contrast with the landscape and vegetation, with the cold and dry climate. On the way you can visit the largest monastery of Manang, “Barge monastery”, Manang, itself as similar as Tibetan tribe with many Chorten’s and Mani walls, Overnight at Manang.

• Day 8 : Rest day in Manang

  Rest day in Manang for acclimatize, with great views of Annapurna ll, lll, lV
  Explore around the village, today you will have short walk exploring surrounding nearby village to get acclimatized with the altitude. Should be prepare for next day’s demanding and challenging trek with rapid gain in altitude. We suggest you to explore Bhojo Gompa / village monastery, Gangapurna Lake for acclimatization, also visit to the Himalayan Rescue Association. Overnight at Manang.

• Day 9 : Trek: Manang to Yak Kharka (4,110Mt) - Thorong Phedi (4,600Mt): 4 hours

  From Manang village, the trail involve demanding so do not rush, you will cross a stream and Tenki village, then continues to climb out of the Marsyangdi Valley towards northwest, passing pastures land, scrub of juniper trees, further passes near the small village of Ghunsang, later you will cross a small river, the trail passes an ancient old Mani wall in a pleasant meadow and then reaches another small village of Yak Kharka, continue up to high camp of the pass, “Thorong Phedi”. It is a small busy settlement catering to the trekkers and climbers, as it is a base camp so that the next day would be easier to cross the pass. Overnight at Thorong Phedi.

• Day 10 : Trek: Thorong Phedi to cross Throng La (pass) 5416 Mt – Muktinath (3800 Mt) 8 hrs

  From Manang village, the trail involve demanding so do not rush, you will cross a stream and Tenki village, then continues to climb out of the Marsyangdi Valley towards northwest, passing pastures land, scrub of juniper trees, further passes near the small village of Ghunsang, later you will cross a small river, the trail passes an ancient old Mani wall in a pleasant meadow and then reaches another small village of Yak Kharka, continue up to high camp of the pass, “Thorong Phedi”. • Day 11 : Trek: Muktinath to Jomsom, 2710 Mt 6 hrs

  In the morning explore around the sacred Muktinath temple “salvation” and Monastery, later commence trek downhill steep and barren hillside toward Kagbeni and then to Jomsom through desert mountain trails along a plateau above Kali Gandaki, the world`s deepest gorge. It is barren landscape of this area resembles Tibet. Overnight at Jomsom.

• Day 12 : Flight/Drive: Jomsom - Pokhara

  After breakfast, we will drive back to Pokhara through famous village of Kalopani, Ghasa, Tatopani to Pokhara, the graveled bumpy road by local bus arrive to Pokhara by late in the evening and transfer to hotel, on the way it offers great views of Mt. Dhaulagari, Tukuche Peak, the three Nilgiri and Annapurna. This trek gives you the great experience of the Mountain village and their lifestyle. (Optional: by flight)

• Day 13 : Flight: Pokhara - Ktm.

  In the morning independent activities in Pokhara, later fly back to Kathmandu, arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel, in the evening Nepali dinner with cultural show, overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

  Free day for personal activities, overnight at hotel.
