  • Description :
    One of the primary goals of an Everest Trekking is to visit Everest base camp at an elevation of above 5370 meter. However, you cannot see Everest from the base camp, so most trekkers climb Kala Pathar, a 5545 meter bump on the southern flank of Pumori (7145 meters) which is highly rewarding for the views over the entire Khumbu Mountains.

    To get near Everest Base Camp, either you can walk from Jiri 12 days or fly to Lukla and walk 7 days. Many trekkers or climbers use fly to Lukla and take two days to reach Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is the Sherpa’s head quarter. Explore the Sagarmatha National park office, monastery, Sherpa museum, Everest view point, home-land of Sherpa village Kunde and Khumjung need one full day. Continue walk to 4, 5 hours to reach Tangboche, the famous monastery. Many tourist join daily worship celebration in Tangboche monastery at 3PM or 6am. Passing through the Pongboche village, recommend acclimatization day in Dingboche at altitude of 4410 meters. From Digboche two days to reach Gorap-shep. Gorap-shep is the last sport for Tea house/Lodge trekkers.

  • Day 1: Phakding - half an hour flight and 3/4 hours trekking.

    Meals: B/L/D

    Early morning, (35 minutes) flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m). Meet our trekking crews’. After finish breakfast, to proceed from Lukla to Khumbu, head north, past a Chorten with praying wheels and join the main tail at Choplung (2696m) in less than one hour. The proceed from their head north crossing the Thado Khola (2554m) with the awesome trekking peak Kusum Khanguru (6483m) at its head. To reach Phakding (2640m), 1.30 hours from Choplung or almost 3.30 hours from Lukla, overnight in Hotel.

    Day 2: Namche - 5 hours trekking.

    To cross the west bank (right) of the Dudh koshi river, Continue through blue pine and rhododendron forests, pass a settlement if Metal worker (Tok Tok), village of Banker (2905m) with small lodge, see view of Mt. Thamserko (6856m) 1 hr. In the short while cross to the east (left) bank and climb up through Chumowa, cross the Khansar Khola to reach Mondzo (2835m). Enter Sagarmatha national park here. 1 hour from Banker. Descend in a cleft to the west (right) bank of Dudh Kosi on a suspension bridge to reach Jorsule (2774m) 30 minutes. This is last village before Namche. We take Lunch here & proceed to cross Dudh Kosi (Bhote Kosi) again to the left side & again to cross the main Dudh Kosi, climb up till to Namche Bazaar (3440m), proceed in pine forest. Can see, first view of Mt. Everest between Lhotse & Nuptse reach 2 and half hours from Jorsule.

    Day 3: Namche Bazaar - Rest day for Acclimatization.

    Today is rest day, however, we should do some activities such as to climb Syangboche airport, visit Sherpa home in khumjung/Khunde includes Adman Hillary school or view from Everest view point Hotel 2 hours. Namche bazaar has many officials or offices, including army base camp and bank. Namche used to be trading center, where grain from the south was exchanged for salt from Tibet and it’s remains now a trading center. Every Saturday is market day. There is headquarter of Sagarmatha National park (SNP) & Sagarmatha pollution controlled Project (SPCP). Here is Sherpa Museum & monasteries too.

    Day 4: Tyangboche - 4.30 hours trekking.

    The tail rise to the settle to the east of Sagarmatha Nation park Museum (3520m), Instead, contour high above the Dudh Kosi pass Kyangsuma. Steeply down to reach Phorse Tanga, may we have lunch, this is last sport before Tyanboche. After hot lunch climb 2.20 hours to reach Tyngboche (3767m, After your arrival check hotel and visit monastery. Everyday 3PM and 6am is worship time in Monastery. overnight Guest house.

    Day 5: Dingboche - 5-6 hours trekking

    Meals: B/L/D

    Today, we start early around 7 to 8 o’clock. Half an hour down to Debuche, where is monastery and small settlements inside the alpine forest. After 45 minutes walk to cross the bridge, continues climb to reach lower Pangboche. The trekking routes follow lower path of Pongboche. It is worth to visit Monastery if you have time, its takes 45 minutes extra. An hour walk to reach in small settlement call Somare, Have a lunch in Somare and gradually walk up. There is two way, one heading to Pheriche and other is Dingboche. Right hand side direction is way to Dingboche 4410m. After arrival, have a short drinks with rest and climb 200 meters over the Nagarjun hill because of everyday we “ascent high and sleep in low”. Overnight guest house.

    Day 6: Lobuche - 4-5 hours trekking.

    After breakfast, we start trekking climb the ride the hill. Over the hill with beautiful view of Tawache, Cholatse, Amadablam, Makalu, Island peak. Trek continues to Dukla 4680m, may we have lunch and climb to Dukla/Dhukla pass 4800m where many memorials monuments who died in Everest summit. It takes 5 hours to Lobuche 4910m, Overnight lodge.

    Day 7: Gorap-shep - EBC - 5/6 hours Trekking to EBC.

    Early in the morning leaving Lobuche, after lunch in Gorap-shep within 3 hours we will head up to Everest Base camp (5365 meters), and return to Gorak-shep at elevation of 5180 meters at noon for overnight stay. We walk over the moving stone with jump so it does hard, be careful to walk, vernight at Guesthouse with breakfast, lunch and dinner with hot drinks.

    Day 8: Pheriche - 2 hours Kala Patthar climb and 5 hours trekking.

    After reaching Base camp of Everest our aim today is to trek Kala Patthar (5545 meters). We start early morning before sunrise to reach the viewpoint that offers some of the best views of Mount Everest as well as other panoramas of the surrounding mountains. Kala Patthar means “Black rock”, most excellent view point in the world. Returning to Hotel, after late breakfast descend to Pheriche at elevation of 4010 meters 5 hours, overnight at Guesthouse.

    Day 9: Khumjung - 5 hours trekking.

    Meals: B/L/D

    Today, start late because of hard trekking day in yesterday. First 3 hours bring you down passing Pangboche, Deboche, Tyangboce and crossing bridge to reach Kangjuma and an half hour trekking to Khumjung valley 3870m, 5.30 hours, Overnight at hotel.

    Day 10: Phakding - 4/5 hours trekking

    Meals: B/L/D

    All the same way trekking to Namche Bazaar same way returning to Phakding 2640m, 4/5 hours, overnight Hotel.

    Day 11: Lukla - 3 hours trekking

    Meals: B/L/D

    Trekking all same way to Lukla 2840m 3 hours, rest, final celebration day in mountain, overnight Hotel.

    Day 12: Kathmandu - flight

    Meals: Breakfast

    Flight back to Kathmandu 35 minutes and sightseeing or shopping or rest in Kathmandu, overnight at Hotel.

      Asian Hiking Team does not accept a part of trip fee at the end of your trip. All the trip fees are required to be fully paid before your trip start. You need to pay25 percent down payment of the total pricefor advance flight tickets and hotel booking and permit process. Payments are wired by bank transfer, credit card, western union, money grams. Please, use any ways of transfer according to your convenience. As regards to the rest of your trip fees, you pay after your arrival in Kathmandu. PleaseClick Herefor Payment process.

      Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE

      In case of cancellation of Tour services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

      60 days prior to arrival – No cancellation Charges

      45 days prior to arrival - 10% of the Tour cost (beside Tax, transportation, permits, and others fixed).

      15 days prior to arrival - 15% of the Tour cost (beside Tax, transportation, permits and others fixed expensive).

      07 days prior to arrival - 25% of the Tour cost (beside Tax, transportation, permits and others fixed).

      48 hours prior to arrival - 30% of the Tour cost (except Tax, transportation, permits and others fixed)

      Less than 48 hours or no show -NO REFUND.

      In case of incompleteTrekking / Tour / Rafting / Climbing / Expedition / Jungles safari / or others days due to the client own problem the amount of money paid not refundable. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

      If clientswant to do moreTrekking / Tour / Rafting / Climbing / Expedition / Jungles safari / or others tours more than itinerary, they can pay after back from tour with per day basic but should be permission with Tour guide / Leader.


      In regard to refund of unused/unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2-3 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card amount or to bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

      Our liabilities & limitations:

      Asian Hiking Team act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

      All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being.

      Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice (except package programs). In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

      We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programm or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

      We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

      We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
