    • We would require full payments in order to proceed with the booking and the same is 100% non refundable.
    • Kindly note the mentioned price is an indicative cost for the given category of cabin and the prices would vary depending on the DECK level and prices are subject to change based on availability of cabins.
    • Please familiarize yourself with the required travel documents you will be asked to provide prior to boarding the cruise ship.
    • Passport: A valid passport is required for travel. For your protection, we recommend that your passport expiration date does not occur within six (6) months of the sailing termination date. However, current and up-to-date visa information is best sourced from the Embassy / Consulate of the country proposed to be visited, and, neither, Via.com,nor, the cruise line can be held responsible for visa procurement and rules and regulations of various countries to be visited on your cruise ship itinerary. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to identify and obtain all necessary travel documents and have them available when necessary. These appropriate valid travel documents such as passports and visas are required for boarding the ship and entry into the countries to be visited on the guests cruise. Guests who do not possess proper documentation may be prevented from boarding the ship or entering a country to be visited on their cruise and may be subject to fines.
    • No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.
    • For computation purpose the ROE is as per the current prevailing rate and thus the prices are dynamic
    • The rates are not valid on block out dates.
    • Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
    • Ship, sailing date, itinerary, stateroom allocation and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
    • Prices are not valid during Trade Fair periods.
    • Rates are valid for Indian Passport holders only.
    • We are not holding any cabin blocks for this package.
    • No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
    • All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
    • Offer can be withdrawn at any point without prior notice.
    • Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
    • As a practice most of the Cruise Liners take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the clients credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to each Cruise linerl and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
