We welcome you at the airport, give you the SIM Card that you'll use in Turkey and we move to the hotel that you stay in a private A/C coach.
In the morning, we leave our hotel after breakfast, move through the heart of the "old city" where the byzantine and ottoman empires were built. The first place that we will see is "hippodrome" where sportive and politic activities were taken in the byzantine term. After that; "serpentine column", "the German fountain", "Theodosius obelisk" and "blue mosque", which was built for Sultan Ahmet and has blue İznik ceramics and six minarets. After, we go to the “Topkapı Palace” and see the divisions where the imperial treasures and sacred bailees, palace kitchen, Chinese porcelains, places where the weapons and ottoman calligraphy. We have the lunch in the restaurant inside the palace. After lunch, we travel basilica cistern. Then, we go shopping to famous grand bazaar where 4000 historical shops have. We finalize our travel here and return back to our hotel.
After the breakfast, we leave our hotel and we go to the spice bazaar where rich spice and dessert species are sold. After shopping, we travel Dolmabahçe Palace which is the last residence of ottoman sultans and has 365 rooms and 22 saloons, 4.5 tons of chandeliers. At the end of our visit, we start the panoramic tour by passing through the serpentine column. We pass to the Asian continent by Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and enjoy the fascinating view of Çamlıca Hill which is the highest hill of Istanbul. We enter "Bağdat Street" which is one of the most famous shopping places of Istanbul after the tea - coffee break here. We go back to European side through the Bosphorus Bridge; admire the bosphorus by travelling Ulus Park. Then we go to Ortaköy to have hubble bubble and tea - coffee. In the evening after the travel, we return back to our hotel.

Arrival and meeting at the airport just outside the arrival gate with a sign bearing your name and transfer to Cappadocia.
Start visiting Kaymaklı the Underground City, one of the most interesting underground settlements in Cappadocia. Soğanlı Valley, an Open Air Museum in a wild natural setting near a typical Cappadocian village with its different style Rock-Cut churches and frescoes. Villages in the valleys, surrounded by the “table top” mountains, are spectacular. Lunch stop then Visit to Sahinefendi (Sobesos) - Sobessos, newly discovered (01 May 2002) mosaic houses & Archaeological excavation site. Continue with Keslik Monastery near Cemil, that hides it’s frescoes behind a very thin smoke layer which we can only see by torch light. Our tour finishes with a visit to Mustafapaşa (Sinasos), an old Greek town with its spectacular old Greek houses; very fine examples of late Greek settlements and architecture. Overnight at Cappadocia.

After breakfast, first meeting with the lunar landscape of Cappadocia: rock formations beyond belief in Devrent valley; walking in Pasabag near Zelve ; “fairy chimneys” where the voice of wind mixes with the “songs of fairies”. Lunch in Avanos, centre of terra cotta work of art since 3000 BC. and a demonstration in a traditional pottery workshop. Afternoon, visit the famous Goreme Open Air Museum and see the best examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia in rock-cut churches with frescoes and paintings (10th to 13th century). Continue to Uchisar Rock-Castle to have a panoramic view of the valleys of Cappadocia. Back to your hotel for overnight

Drive to Ihlara, walking in Ihlara Canyon, a “mirage” in the Steps of Anatolia up to Belisirma village, the ancient Peristrema: “Valley of the Sky” along the Melendiz River. Rock-cut churches, spread across a wild plantation, surprise you with their successfully painted representations from the Bible. Lunch in Belisirma, a local restaurant by the river. Stop by Selime, a village with cave houses at the end of the canyon and a “star wars” like landscape. Meet your tour leader to escort you to airport to back to Istanbul. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel for check in and overnight.
Morning, visit the Askenazi Synagogue, and then cross over the Golden horn to Balat, which has been the core of Jewish presence in Istanbul for over five centuries. We then continue to Neve Shalom Synagogue. Visit the old neighborhood and the Ahrida Synagogue. It is the oldest and most beautiful synagogue in Istanbul and was built in the 15th c. Later we will visit the Galata Tower and the old neighborhood of Galata and where you can get a nice view of Old Istanbul and the Zulfaris Museum, with historic and ethnographic sections, celebrating over 500 years of friendship between Turks and Jews. We will end the tour in Ortakoy, where the Sephardic Jews were welcomed to Turkey by the Ottoman Sultan (nice cafes and small restaurants). Visit to Taksim, the 1.2 km pedestrian street leading from Taksim Square down to Tunel is packed with an arbitrary scattering of music and bookstores, movie theaters and cultural centers, cafes, restaurants and bars, commercial banks and offices, shopping outlets and bazaars, consulates and embassies, churches, historical arcades and passageways. Take a stroll through this famous ‘Flower Passage’, built in the mid nineteenth century, which comes vibrantly alive every evening, resonating under the melodies of live Turkish music. Should you follow Cicek Pasaji around to the left, it exits into the Balik Pazari or Fish Market, a wild passageway pinned with small fast-food eateries, fresh fish and vegetable market stalls, a sprinkling of other arbitrary shops and thronging with passers
