Terms & Conditions:-
* An agreement will be confirm once we will receive an advance
Payment 50% of total package rate from our client & before starting of trip client must pay rest amount. *Travellers are requested to carry individual their valid Govt ID proof during their journey to maintain legal rules of Govt. to avoid certain problem during air way or rail way journey & during check in time in a hotel or resort. If traveller is not having the same so for that our management will not be responsible. Caring a valid ID proof is always required for each tourist.
*All entry must be paid by tourists. Entry means permission or passes wherever it is always mandatory to be paid by tourist with present for all authorization from local authority. For all authorise pass tourist must submit photos & valid ID proof copy to the concern person in advance to do the needful & travel office will provide assistance for the same.
*Package can’t be customized once trip is started, in case of changes or rescheduling of trip it is a request to our client to inform us before few days. Management is not responsible for further so. After paying an advance package can’t be rescheduled because it is a confirmation of trip.
*Confirmation of hotel or resort booking is a subject to get rooms availability. Before sending you a confirm itinerary the final name of the property will be declared if any changes occurred.
*During the trip Travel management is not responsible if any incident happened as act of GOD. Travel office is also not responsible during programme for any obstruction occurred due to local violence, election or strike. Act of God means earthquake, flood, and storms, heavy down falls, as like all type incidents as happen paranormally or supernaturally. In this case we need a good co ordination from tourists & they must understand situations.
*For any kind of technical fail of vehicles Travel management will not be responsible, if possible as per the situation car can be replaced otherwise it will be considered as an unfortunate incident as it is not an human error.
*All meal as included in the package will be served in specific hotels or resorts during the stay at own time of hotels as normally served in hospitality industry. There are total four type plans in Hospitality industry as follows in the packages,-
EUROPEAN PLAN: It means only stay no meals included, CONTINENTALPLAN: stay includes with only breakfast, MODIFIED AMERICAN PLAN: Stay with Breakfast, lunch or Dinner & one more plan called AMERICAN PLAN: stay with Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
*Any extra expense during the programme if done by tourist must by him or her, Travels management is not libel to pay any extra as out of package. Any extra meals during stay even any beverage order must be paid by tourist before check out form hotels or resorts.
*Travel Management has right to cancel any agreement after confirmation of programme if anything found wrong or fake. This will be done by sending a mail to the concern party or to the booker.
*Reserve cars are serving here to give drop only from Hotel to Hotel or Stand to Stand. Tourist will be permitted only for Sightseeing or processing to transfer places as per the itinerary. It cannot be used for any other personal reason, i.e. Self driving, places to visit out of the itinerary, marketing. Tourist must follow all traffic rules during journey; they also must follow the rules of local tourism.
(Example, - SIKKIM & BHUTAN smoking restricted area) it may cause of penalty.
* No refunds on cancellation of packages at any circumstance. It means booking cancellation means no refunds, why? All advance payment use to distribute fully to all specific area for making all arrangements, even though rescheduling of programme is not possible for the same reason, hence before paying an advance our client must consider it and pay the token amount, and latter on there must be not any litigation.
* Shearing transportation is a subject to get availability of vehicle, if any programme confirmation happened on the base of shearing vehicle we expect from tourist coordination, consider this truth & in case of non availability of shearing Vehicle it may cause the delay of trip, so for the same tourist must hire a reserve car for better service on extra pay on actual.
