• Day 1 : De Lamayuru vers Wanla

  4/5h de marche.

• Day 2 : De Wanla vers Hinju

  5/6h de marche.

• Day 3 : De Hinju vers Sumdochenmo par le Kongse La (4910m)

  5/6h de marche. Peut-être un peu plus.

• Day 4 : De Sumdochenmo vers Chilling par le Dung Dung La (4620m)

  6/7h de marche.

• Day 5 : De Chilling vers Skiu (Traversée de la rivière du Zanskar à Chilling) (Confluence de la Markha et

  5/6h de marche.

• Day 6 : De Skiu vers le village de la Markha (3800 m)

  6/7h de marche.

• Day 7 : Du village de la Markha vers Thachuntse (4150 m)

  5/6h de marche.

• Day 8 : De Thachuntse vers Nimaling (4700 m)

  3/4h de marche.

• Day 9 : à Nimaling (4700 m)

  Journée de repos ou d’exploration des environs. Il est possible de monter
  jusqu’au camp de base du Kang Yatse (6400 m) qui se situe à 4h de marche
  de Nimaling. Nuit en campement.

• Day 10 : De Nimaling vers Yakrupal

  6/7h de marche.

• Day 11 : De Yakrupal vers Tsokra par le Zalung Karpo La (5100m)

  6/7h de marche.

• Day 12 : De Tsokra vers Dat

  6/7h de marche.

• Day 13 : De Dat vers Lungmochey (par le Yar La 4940m)

  Arrivée le soir au camp ??!!.

• Day 14 : Lungmochey

  Lungmochey vers Zara.

• Day 15 : De Zara vers Tsokar lac,

  15-16 km, pas de dénivelé.

• Day 16 : Journée à Tsokar - Thukje - Tsokar 

  Petit village historique pour le commerce du sel.

• Day 17 : De Tsokar  vers Nuruchan

  On longe le Tso Kar Nuruchan est un village fantôme. 15-16 km.

• Day 18 : De Nuruchan

  De Nuruchan vers Rachungkaru par (4668m) par Dundunchanla (4712m) 3-5 hrs,trek. 

• Day 19 : De Rachungkaru

  De Rachungkaru vers  Gyamalhoma 6-7 hrs,trek. 

• Day 20 : Gyamalhoma

  Gyamalhoma vers Korzok ( Tsomoriri Lake ) 6/7 hrs. 

• Day 21 : Departure

  une journée sur le lac Tso Morari.
