Day Wise Breakup

Day 1 - Bangalore

Arrive Bangalore and upon arrival and transfer to hotel. Later sightseeing tour covering Lalbagh, Vidhana Soudha etc.
Overnight hotel in Bangalore.

Day 2 - Mysore

After breakfast, checkout and drive to Mysore. Enroute visit Srirangapatna. Also visit Tippu's summer Palace, Mosque. Upon arrival check into a hotel. Evening visit Chamundi Hill. Overnight hotel in Mysore.

Day 3 - Somnathpura

After breakfast, full day excursion to Somnathpura -situated in the unobtrusive village, 35km from Mysore, the exquisitely carved, star shaped temple with triple towers is a perfect example of Hoysala architecture and Talakadu- situated on the banks of Cauvery, also know as the Vaideshwara Temple is completely buried beneath sand dues. The temple comes to life when it is excavated once every 12 years during the Panchalinga Darshan. Return to Mysore and evening attend Dasara cultural programme at Kalamandir. Day 4 - Mysore

AM : Sight seeing tour covering Maharaja Palace, Art Gallery - the art gallery in the Jaganmohan Palace, Philomena’s Church.
PM : Attend Dasara cultural programme at Jagan Mohana Art Gallery. Overnight hotel in Mysore.

Day 5 - Mysore

AM : Free for shopping,
PM : Attend rehearsal of Torch light parade at Bannimantap. Overnight hotel in Mysore.

Day 6 - Mysore

After breakfast proceed to Maharaja Palace at 11.30hrs to be seated to witness Dasara Pooja and procession at Maharaja Palace .Return to hotel at 16.00hrs. Overnight hotel in Mysore.

Day 7 - Departure

After breakfast checkout and drive to Bangalore for onward connection.
