Cancellation Policy
(Booking Policy are as follows
(A non-refundable, non- transferable deposit of EUR 100 per person is required to guarantee the booking.
(Final payment for your vacation is due 30 days prior to the departure
(The customer may cancel the services requested or booked at any time, whereby they are entitled to a
refund for the amounts paid, but must compensate the agency (Via.com a sum of INR 2500 per person),
except in cases of force majeure, The processing costs plus the cost of cancellation, if these have been
incurred, once the journey has been confirmed by Europa Mundo and regardless of the departure date.

(No shows at the start, without prior cancellation, will not be entitled to any refund (except through force
majeure, which will be examined on a case by case basis).

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Prague

  Transfers in. Transfer to the Old Town. Welcome to Prague! At your airport of arrival, we shall be waiting with transport to take you to your hotel. Our local guide will wait in the hotel and will provide you will all the necessary information. At the end of the afternoon, we provide transport to take you to the Old Town Square. This central location is full of energy and touristic activities. Itâs a marvellous place to acquaint ourselves with Prague. Several restaurants offering cuisines from around the world will be waiting to delight your taste buds, including Czech, Chinese, Indian and Italian. Return to hotel.

• Day 2 : Prague

  City tour of Prague. Visit to Castle. Boat tour along the river. Today we are visiting the capital, which is the Baroque jewel of Europe. Our local expert will provide an informative city tour, which will include the outstanding monuments. During the visit we walk through Prague Castle (admission included). Subsequently, we shall take a magnificent boat tour on the river. Free time in the afternoon to explore Prague. In the evening, we enjoy time in the historic city centre and there will be an opportunity for you to enjoy cuisines from around the world (including Czech, Chinese to Indian and Italian). Return to hotel.

• Day 3 : Prague - Cesky Krumlov - Vienna

  We visit Cesky Krumlov. Evening transfer To Grinzing In the morning, we head towards Prague. We stop at Cesky Krumlov, a beautiful small medieval town on a hill surrounded by walls. Time for lunch and a walk around. Next, we depart for Austria: the Austrian capÂital of Vienna. Arrival at 17.00. We include transfers to Grinzing, a neighborhood

• Day 4 : Vienna - Budapest

  Vienna city tour. Gardens of the immense Schbrunn Palace.We start with a scenic visit around Vienna with a local expert. (Note: If the group has fewer than fifteen people, it can be conducted in both English and Spanish). Here we experience its majestic avenues, its palaces and the vibrant city center. Directly afterwards, we head the Schnbrunn Palace where visitors can stroll around and enjoy its beautiful gardens. In the afternoon we depart for Hungary. Arrival in Budapest. We have time for relaxation by the Danube River. Pick your favorite restaurant and enjoy a pleasant dinner.

• Day 5 : Budapest

  City tour with our local expert. Boat tour on the Danube River. Discover the Queen of the Danube on a scenic tour of highlight. This city is divided by the Danube, with historic Buda on one side and cosmopolitan Pest on the opposite bank. Conclude your visit with a boat tour along the Danube River; the views of the city and parliament are impressive. Leisure time after the tour. At the end of the afternoon, there will be time to enjoy dinner in the city and travellers can select their preferred restaurant.
