Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Delhi

  Namaste & warm welcome in India
  A warm traditional welcome at Indira Gandhi International Airport awaits you at Delhi followed by transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay. In the evening you will witness the sound and light show at Red Fort showing Indian history during Mughal era as its main theme. Overnight stay at hotel. You will also receive the full details of the tour itinerary once again at welcome dinner in front of Red fort in Delhi.

• Day 2 : Delhi Sightseeing

  After delicious breakfast, you will go for a guided sightseeing tour of Delhi, the capital of India, in an A/C deluxe car. The first half concentrates on the highlights of New Delhi such as driving past the daunting British era monuments such as Rashtrapati Bhawan (President's Palace), Parliament House and India Gate, built in the memory of Indian martyrs. You can enjoy a boat ride and the well-maintained lawns of India Gate. Then, there are relics from the past such as Humayun's tomb and Qutab Minar, for you to explore. After lunch, you will once again go for sightseeing to Old Delhi, where you will visit the sprawling stronghold of Mughal Era, the Red Fort, which has played an important role in Indian history and is pride of India. Then, there is Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque and the Raj Ghat, memorial to Mahatma Gandhi, Father of India. Ride in a rickshaw in the narrow and crowded streets of Chandni Chowk bazaar, where you can shop as much as you like for all kinds of stuffs including clothes, artifacts, jewellery and handicrafts. It is Asia's largest market for electrical goods and its delicacies such as Kachori, Paranthas and Kulfi are quite famous. In the evening, you will witness the sound and light show at Red Fort showing Indian history during Mughal era as its main theme. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : Delhi to Agra (210 kms 5 hrs drive)

  In the morning, you will leave for Agra, on the way visit Agra fort Agra Fort built in red sandstone with its magnificent palaces, mosques and lawns; and Sikandra, the tomb of Emperor Akbar. In the evening, you will check in at the hole in Agra and then spend it at your leisure. You may either rest or explore the markets of Agra for souvenirs such as miniature Taj in marble, marble tabletops and jewellery boxes set with precious and semi-precious stones, leather shoes and purses, brass handicrafts and Petha (the famous sweet of Agra). Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 4 : Agra - Pushkar (380 kms 6 hrs drive)

  After breakfast at hotel, You will visit Taj Mahal, one of the wonders of the world and considered an emblem of love.
  After visit Taj mahal straight drive for Pushkar, Pushkar is one of the most sacred pilgrimage places for Hindus and famous for its only Brahma Temple. Pay a visit and homage to the deity of this holy temple, take a holy dip and cruise in the Pushkar Lake and visit the Nag Pahar, Panchkund and caves that were once said to be lived-in by the holy sage Agastya., after reaching pushkar in the evening, rest of the day leisure or you can visit local market. Overnight at hotel.

• Day 5 : Pushkar - Udaipur via Chittorgarh (390 kms 7 hrs drive)

  After the breakfast, embark on a five-hour-long drive to Udaipur, on the way you will visit Chittorgarh and visit the ruins of the famous Chittorgarh Fort that has its tale of woes, still haunting its premises. It is said that the fort was attacked thrice and on the each women, proud Rajput women burnt themselves alive along with their children, so that the enemy could not get the chance to dishonor them. In Udaipur you will check in at hotel for overnight stay. Udaipur is known as the City of Lakes as it has three big lakes and is surrounded by Aravallis. It had been an important town in the Mewar kingdom and was ruled by the Sisodia dynasty for more than twelve centuries. Evening at leisure.

• Day 6 : Udaipur

  In the morning, go on a sightseeing tour of Udaipur after breakfast. The tour includes a visit to elegant City Palace with Shish Mahal and the Peacock Courtyard; the garden that was once used exclusively for royal ladies called Sahelion-ki-Bari, the Jagdish Temple, the folk museum, cruise on the calm blue waters of Lake Pichola and the visit to the island palace known as the Jag Mandir Palace. Overnight stay at hotel in Udaipur.

• Day 7 : Udaipur - Jodhpur ( 256 kms 4 hrs drive)

  After breakfast straight drive for Jodhpur, after arriving Jodhpur visit the Mehrangarh Fort with charming miniature paintings and cradle rooms and Jaswant Thada Memorial & Umaid Bhawan Palace. Overnight stay at hotel in Jodhpur.

• Day 8 : Jodhpur - Jaisalmer (290 kms 5 hrs drive)

  Leave for Jaisalmer, the desert city with a mighty fort made up of yellow sandstone that gives the city an amber hue, situated on the top of Trikuta Hill. Check in at the hotel for overnight stay.

• Day 9 : Jaisalmer

  Drive to Jaisalmer after breakfast and go on a guided sightseeing tour to Jaisalmer Fort, the oldest living fort of the world; the famous Havelis including Patwon-Ki-Haweli and Salim-Singh-Ki-Haweli; Gandhi Sagar Tank and Sam Sand Dunes at sunset with camel safari. Visit the typical Rajasthani Desert Village and enjoy the folk dance, music and cultural performances by the local artisans while you enjoy barbecue party around the bonfire. Overnight stay in the tents of the camping grounds.

• Day 10 : Jaisalmer Desert camp - Bikaner (360kms 6hrs drive)

  Enjoy traditional Rajasthani cuisine in the breakfast at the camp and then continue your safari to Bikaner, visiting Nagaur enroute. In Bikaner, check in at the hotel for overnight stay. Camels of Bikaner are known all over the world as the best riding camels and you can see them at work here. The Camel Breeding Farm and unique wells of Bikaner are quite a sight. Spend evening at leisure.

  • Themes : Jungle Safari

• Day 11 : Bikaner - Jaipur (330kms 6hrs drive)

  After complete healthy breakfast visit Bikaner fort & outside view of Bikaner palaces & straight drive for Jaipur, check in and overnight stay in the hotel at Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan.

• Day 12 : Jaipur

  After breakfast, go on an excursion to Amber Fort and ride like a king or queen on elephant's back there. Sightseeing tour of the city of Jaipur is scheduled for the day that includes a visit to the City Palace, where you can see Chandra Mahal, Shri Gobind Deo Temple and the City Palace Museum; Jantar Mantar, a royal observatory with masonry astronomical instruments; Hawa Mahal, a five-story structure with honey-comb façade and visits to the famous rug factory and gem factory, where you can see skilled artisans doing intricate work of gem cutting and polishing. Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur.

• Day 13 : Jaipur - Delhi (265kms 5 ½ hrs)—Varanasi (Overnight Train Journey)

  After breakfast, drive to Delhi, its approx 5 ½ hrs drive, in the afternoon free time for leisure, in the evening board the train for visit to Varanasi, in early morning arrive Varanasi check into the hotel , full day free for leisure.

• Day 14 : Varanasi - Khajuraho ( 400kms 7 hrs drive)

  After early morning complete breakfast & drive for Khajuraho, its almost 8 hrs dive, in the evening reach Khajuraho & check into the hotel over night at Khajuraho.

• Day 15 : Khajuraho Excursion

  After breakfast go for Khajuraho sightseeing, The 9th to 12th century temples of Khajuraho is the evidences of the architectural geniuses that oozes with passion, eroticism, dance, music and other finesses of creative arts depicted in sculpture and images of the temples. You will mesmerize with spectacular architectural temple here. Temple town of Khajuraho is much different from any other temple city of India.

• Day 16 : Khajuraho - Varanasi ( 400kms 7 hrs drive)

  After early morning complete breakfast & drive for Varanasi, its almost 8 hrs dive, in the evening reach Khajuraho & check into the hotel over night at Varanasi.

• Day 17 : Varanasi & Sarnath Excursion

  After complete early breakfast go for sightseeing in Varanasi visit Banaras University, holy river Ganga Darshan also visit Sarnath 10 kms from Varanasi visit Buddhist pilgrim area, evening free for leisure, overnight Varanasi.

• Day 18 : Varanasi - Delhi (train Journey)

  After complete breakfast drive for railway station to board the train for Delhi, in the evening reach Delhi & overnight stay at Delhi.

• Day 19 : Delhi - Onwards destination

  Have a breakfast and then for a shopping to the modern markets of Delhi such as Connaught Place and Palika Bazaar. In the evening followed by a farewell dinner at the hotel. You will then be transferred to the airport from where you can catch your flight to onward destination with lots of sweet memory.

Terms & Conditions for Inbound & Domestic Tours
Booking:
On confirmation of booking your contract is with M/s TRAVEL FUN UNLIMITED A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end. .
Payment:
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s TRAVEL FUN UNLIMITED the deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
Balance Payment:
Balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.
Note: Apart from above, in case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or RESORT BOOKINGS during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali etc) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Domestic clients can make payment using any of the following methods:-
By Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft.
By Bank Transfer (RTGS & NEFT).
Cash Deposit
International clients can make payment using any of the following methods:-
By Bank / Telex Transfer to our Bank A/c.

Note:
All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.
Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
Payments Procedure
All payments are to be made in name of M/s Indian Holiday Pvt. Ltd

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE:
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
Please note -

High Peak Season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan).
Festival Period Bookings (Festivals like -Diwali, Duseera, Holi, Pushkar fair etc).
Long Weekends Bookings.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the MONEY would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
Check-In Timings: 1200 - 1500 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment
Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services and hence extra usage of Vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed until unless it is mentioned in the detailed itinerary / services.
Our liabilities & limitations:
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.
TRAVEL FUN UNLIMITED   rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the HOTELS, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such change - the rates quoted by us before modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.

TRAVEL FUN UNLIMITED and its associates acts only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & the contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us - are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them. The tickets, coupons or passage contract in use by carrier / HOTEL or other contractors rendering services shall constitute the sole contract between the Clients and such contractor.

TRAVEL FUN UNLIMITED - itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. TRAVEL FUN UNLIMITED   reserves the right to amend any aspect of the itinerary including transportation and accommodation without notice in the interest of the trip, participants' safety, comfort and general well being without making any rebate, allowance or refund and extra cost, if any, would be payable by the client.

TRAVEL FUN UNLIMITED shall not be responsible for any delay or change in programmed or expenses incurred or special / consequential loss, injury and damage - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, acts of God, perils incident to the sea, floods, fire, acts of Government or any other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control or any untoward incidents or any such causes whatsoever including any liability or extra expenses sustained by the Clients. Further, the Clients shall be liable for the liability or extra expenses incurred by him / her as a result of the forgoing causes.

TRAVEL FUN UNLIMITED shall not be responsible and shall not accept any liability towards the Clients or his/her legal representative for any loss of property or damages resulting from death or injuries including loss of services which the Clients may sustain on account of act, negligence or default by any transportation Company, hotel agents or any other body of persons, its agents or service providers providing such services or facilities or arising out of or while engaged in any tour, means of transportation or other services, whether due to ownership, maintenance , use, operation or control of any automobile, bicycle, boat, motor, or other vehicle in common carrier or otherwise and whether due to its or there negligence or otherwise or regardless of how caused. Clients using sporting equipment, bicycles, sailing boats, scuba diving gear, hired or supplied by HOTELS or rental bodies shall do so at their own risk.

TRAVEL FUN UNLIMITED do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

TRAVEL FUN UNLIMITED reserves the right to cancel any services in case it deems that the tour, trip or passage is impracticable for any reason or should circumstances warrant such action, upon refunding the value thereof and the Client shall not have any other or further claim against the company by any reason thereof.

TRAVEL FUN UNLIMITED reserves the right to refuse to carry out its contract with any person whom it may consider to be undesirable in its absolute discretion and it shall not be required to show any reason for doing so.
All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to an Arbitrator to be appointed by TRAVEL FUN UNLIMITED    All such disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi (India) Courts only. The laws of India shall govern the validity, interpretation, construction, performance and enforcement of these terms and conditions.

  Good we enjoyed the trip and the arrangements was good but however accommodation at one location was worst ever. One point i would like to emphasize here is that driver should be improved on the dropping and pick up points like to drop and pick up at the possible closest points considering the age factor (old age people)and problems of the travelers (suffering from leg pain). Tour prices seems to be slightly high when compared to other vendors with same package trip means which I had compared apple to apple or u can say like to like comparison. I confidently can refer this traveler for my friends and relatives with out any second thought.
