Day 1: Tsavo East
Pick Up From The Hotel At Around 6.00 Am Driving Along Mombasa- Nairobi Highway For 100 Kms And A Stopover For Coffee. Proceed For 6 Kms To Tsavo East (The Largest Park In Kenya Which Covers An Area Of 13,747 Km2) And Arrive At Bachuma. Begin The Game Drive En Route To Aruba Dam (A Water Hole Where Animals Come To Drink Water). Physical Attractions Include Tsavo River, Yatta Plateau Which Is 300 Km2, Mdanda Rock, Lugard Falls, Voi Seasonal River And Aruba Dam.
You Have Also A Chance To See Animals Such As Red Elephants, Rhinos, Leopards, Cheetah, And Giraffes Among Others. Proceed With The Game Drive To Voi Safari Lodge Where You Will Have Lunch And Relax Till 3.00 Pm After Which You Will Depart To Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary Driving Through A Distance Of 80 Kms. Arrive At Taita Hills Lodge For Check In At Around 4.00 Pm. Proceed With A Game Drive Till 6.30 Pm Where You Will Drive Back To Saltlick Lodge Where You Will Have Dinner And Overnight (Salt Lick Lodge).
Day 2: Salt Lick - Diani
Wake Up At Around 5.30 Am, Have A Cup Of Coffee And Start An Early Morning Game Drive Before The Main Breakfast. This Time You Have A Chance Of Seeing The Big Cats Of Taita Hills. Back To The Lodge For The Main Breakfast At Around 8.30 Am Followed By The Last Game Drive And Lunch At Voi Town. Drive Back To Your Hotel.

Contract will always be made between Diani Tours and Safaris and the Client / s.
The client who signifies the acceptance of a booking does so on behalf of himself / herself and persons under his / her authority, and warrant that he / she has authority to enter into a contract on behalf of the other person (s) included in such a booking and in event of the failure of any or all the other persons so included to make payment, the person making the booking shall be liable for the total price of all bookings made by him / her. All bookings are made with Diani Tours & Safaris and no person has any authority on its behalf to vary any of the terms and conditions which are applicable.
A 10% down payment of the total price is paid in advance and the rest of the payment is made upon arrival, either in cash, USD, Euro, Pounds or using Credit Cards (Visa and Master Cards) which has an extra charge of 5% charged by the bank for the funds transfer.
The full amount due by the client to the Company, shall be payable not less than one week prior to the date of safari upon arrival (Unless otherwise). If the full amount is not paid in due time, the Company reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
Late applicants / clients may join the tour on an already booked safari depending on whether accommodations are available.
Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. If a booking is cancelled prior to 4 weeks before departure, you forfeit your deposit.
If the booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks before departure, The Safari Company shall retain the full deposit and a cancellation fee will be payable by the client as follows:
28 days prior to departure 50% of the total amount / cost / price
14 days prior to departure 70% of the total amount / cost / price
2 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount / cost / price
Cancellation insurance is mandatory for all services offered by Safari Companies. The client (s) is responsible for cancellation insurance arrangement.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any safari trip without prior notification, in such events as sickness, flight delays, accident, weather conditions, money paid will be refunded in full which shall constitute the full extent of the Company liability to the client and persons under his authority.
Should a client (s) fail to join a tour on or after a departure or withdraw before its completion, No refund or liability will be accepted by The Company.
In case the client changes the safari date after the safari has be confirmed, this should be done one week earlier unless the change is as a result of sickness, flight delays, accident, weather conditions and sort.
The Company will not accept claims of any nature including consequential damages to any accommodation or other facilities, made on safari tour. The client hereby indemnifies and holds the Company harmless in respect of any such claims.
The payment of down payment or any other partial payment for reservation of a safari constitutes consultation by all guests covered by that payment to all provisions of the conditions and general information contained on our website, literature or information sources whether the guest has signed the booking form or not.
