Perhaps one of the most mystical places in Garhwal. Flowers abound here, and so do legends and tales. This one isn\'t a folktale though. Joan Margaret Legge, who fell so madly in love with the valley, wanted to burried there when she died. Her epitaph reads .... \" I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills from whence cometh my help.\"

Day Wise Breakup

Day 1 - Arrival at Delhi

Check in Hotel.

Day 2 - Delhi to Hardwar 230 Kms. / 6 Hrs.

Drive to Hardwar, Lunch at Cheetal Grand. Check in Hotel at Hardwar.

Day 3 - Hardwar to Govind Ghat 295 Kms. / 8 Hrs.

Leave after early Breakfast Drive to Govind Ghat. Check in Hotel.

Day 4 - Govind Ghat to Ghangaria 13 Kms / 7 Hrs.

Trek Start to Ghangaria (3000 mts.) Check in TRH / Hotel.

Day 5 - Ghangaria - Valley of Flower - Ghangaria 3 Kms. / 3 Hrs (one side)

Valley of Flower was discovered by Frank Smith while on the Expedition to Mt. Kamet. This picturesque Valley covered by rare species of flowers & a wide variety of Butterflies, Musk Deer, Thar & serow are found here. Back to Ghangaria.

Day 6 - Optional Trek to Hemkund Sahib. (A beautiful Lake covered by Seven Peaks) 5.5 Kms / 5 Hrs.

Hemkund, a centre of Sikh pilgrimage. The climb is steep.A Laxman Temple is situated close to gurdwara. Back to Ghangaria.

Day 7 - Ghangaria to Joshimath-After 13 Kms.

Trek from Ghangaria to Govind Ghat, drive to Joshimath from Govind ghat (22 Kms). Check in Hotel.

Day 8 - Joshimath to Hardwar 275 Kms. / 7 Hrs.

Tour Terminates.
