Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Srinagar / Arrival

Meeting and assistance on arrival at Srinagar airport, Our representative welcome you and escort you by private car to hotel, On arrival at Srinagar airport our representative welcome you and transfer to Hotel. Afternoon after freshen up set a 1 hour Shikara Ride in Dal lake. Later back to hotel and free for rest. (Shikara ride can be done any time in day.)

Day 2 : Srinagar

After breakfast day is set for sight seen. A day of explorations and experiences,drive to the famous Mughal gardens of Kashmir. The day sightseeing includes a visit to the Nishat Garden, known for its well laid flower gardens, fountains, water channels and huge Chinar trees. Built in the 16th century, the garden overlooks the Dal Lake and has a dramatic backdrop of the mountain ranges behind it. We later drive to visit yet another garden known as Shalimar Graden. The garden is smaller then Nishat, but nonetheless is very beautiful with huge stone pavilions set amidst water pools and lush green trees swaying to and fro in the light breeze. We will also visit The Shankarachrya Temple in the late afternoon. Later visit Sharika Devi Temple Hari Parbat The hill is considered sacred to the Hindus due to the presence of temple of Sharika Devi, which is believed to be a form of Goddess Durga. Later Back to hotel.

Day 3 : Srinagar - Sonmarg - Srinagar

After breakfast, we will taken to a full day excurtion to most adventurous place known as Sonamarg. Just below Sonamarg is a little place known as Kullan where we will be staying in giant Swiss style tents complete with modern baths and western washrooms. In Kullan today we will take a short tour across the village. In the evening we will have a small bonfire in the front lawn and later will be served dinner in the restaurant. you will be transferred to the mainland for your day trip to Sonamarg. The route traverses through open fields and small brooks and the last 18 kilometers provide a breathtaking vista of the Himalayas studded with beautiful white snow on its peaks. In sonamarg, you can take a walk or pony ride to the Thajwass glacier and its adjoining areas.

Day 4 : Srinagar - Yousmarg - Srinagar

Today we will take you to Yousmarg Which was once considered to be a preferred spot for Bollywood filmmaker is a small meadows located 50 kilometer from Srinagar .Yousmarg (a meadow), mesmerizes tourists with its scenic beauty and mountains comparable to European Alps. Situated amidst Sang Safed valley, Yousmarg is reputed for having some unique spring flowers. It also has some of the highest peaks in PirPanjal range like Tatakoti 4725 mtrs and Sunset Peak 4746 mtrs. The mighty river Doodh Ganga makes this destination more thrilling. The natural slopes of Yousmarg offer skiing opportunities to experts. Last few years of large inflow of tourists into Kashmir valley has seen the diversification of tourism to this wonderful destination.

Day 5 : Srinagar - Gulmarg

Drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 Mts. above sea level. The distance of 60 kms will be covered in about 2 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek upto Khilangmarg which can be covered in about 3 to 4 hrs. Chair Lifts for mountain ride are also available Enjoy Gondola ride (at own cost) level 01 Evening back to hotel..

Day 6 : Gulmarg - Pahalgam

Leave Gulmarg after early breakfast and drive to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) via Srinagar. Drive through Saffron fields, visit Awantipura ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiwareman). Drive through the pine forest and along Lidder River. The total distance of about 140 kms will be covered in about 4 hrs. On arrival in Pahalgam, transfer to Hotel.

Day 7 : Pahalgam

Full day for relaxation & sightseeing in Pahalgam. Start your day with visit to famous Baisaran Valley, For visiting you will have to take Pony at own cost because no vehicle can go on hill top. Enjoy the beautiful 1 hour trek on mountain en route enjoy photography at the kashmir valley. Return back from Baisaran and proceed to enjoy River Rafting .The visit of pahalgham is incomplete without Chandanwari 16 km away, accessible by road ) is the starting point for the annual Amarnath Yatra. On the way view the famous Betab Valley ,whoes beauty has been captured in the movie Betab. Afternoon free for shopping or the Lidder riverside trek. Also you may visit Aru at own.
