Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Welcome to Hanoi

  Warm welcome upon your arrival in Hanoi. Your guide and driver will meet you at the airport for a transfer to your HOTEL LOCATED in the Hanoi downtown. Your guide’s welcome speech will give you overall information about the city of Hanoi. After check in you have free time to relax, then your guide will see you again for a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Your first day will be completed by a water puppet show – a unique art performance in Vietnam.

• Day 2 : Hanoi

  This full day tour offer the Hanoi’s most interesting sights, including the Ho Chi Minh Complex and Mausoleum, House-on-Stilts, the Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda. After that you visit the Quan Thanh Temple and the Tran Quoc pagoda, the oldest pagoda originally constructed in the sixth century. For lunch you have two options: enjoy a Hanoi special dish "Cha Ca" at Cha Ca La Vong restaurant, one of the most unique (over a hundred years old) restaurants located in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Or you can taste a "Pho", another worldwide famous dish from Hanoi. Afternoon you can choose to visit one of the city’s Museums: Vietnam History Museum, Vietnam Ethnology Museum, Vietnam Military History Museum, and the Temple of Literature, before having a walk around the Lake of the Restored Sword, visit the Ngoc Son Temple and enjoy a cup of Vietnamese coffee at a street-pub.

• Day 3 : Hanoi - Halong Bay - Paradise Peak Traditional Junk

  In the morning you leave Hanoi for Halong Bay via the Red River Delta. Upon arrival you will have a short break at the Café Lounge. Welcome on board the Paradise Peak Traditional Junk. You will set out on a junk cruise on the bay passing by the island, islets: Hoa Cuong fishing village, Soi Sim beach, Ti Top Island, Tung Sau Pearl Farm, Me Cung Cave and to reach one of the largest floating village in Halong Bay "Cua Van Floating Village" while seafood lunch is served.Visit Cua Van Floating Village and experience one of the beautiful place in HaLong bay where you can enjoy kayaking or just seat on the traditional bamboo boat with local people. Enjoy swimming and kayaking in Tung Sau Pearl Farm Village. Back to the junk and enjoy cooking demonstration to discover the Vietnamese cuisine.
  Evening you enjoy the elegant Paradise dinner with a Traditional Bao Dai dress and photo shoot with captain and manager on board followed by relax at leisure; enjoy Movie Night, Board Games, and Fishing or Beauty Spa services.

• Day 4 : Halong Bay - Hanoi airport for Danang/Hoi An

  Early birds will have a chance to join in the Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck and view the sunrise over the bay with a cup of coffee or tea. You then will take a tender to visit one of the most beautiful limestone grottos - Sung Sot cave. Back to the junk for breakfast while the junk sets sail to cruise back to the dock while you enjoy a final glimpse of Halong Bay. On the journey back to Hanoi airport you will have a stop at the Phu Lang ceramic village - one of the most famous ceramic brands dated from 17th - 19th century in the North of Vietnam. Upon arrive in Danang airport your local guide will welcome you for a transfer to your resort. Free. At leisure.

• Day 5 : Hoi An Walking Tour & Cooking Class

  This morning you will have a walking tour to explore the old houses, narrow streets, moss-grown walls, lantern makers. You will stop to visit some of the most interesting sights of the town including Japanese Covered Bridge, House of Tuy Tien Duong, Quan Cong Temple, Old houses, Chinese Assembly Halls and handicraft workshop and traditional arts performance.
  Afternoon you will start the Hoi An cooking class Meeting with your chef for a visit the Hoi An’s colorful local market and talk to the sellers, purchase some of the ingredients for the cooking lesson. Take a boat trip along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. Upon arrival you explore the herb and vegetable garden before a lecture of some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes then start the cooking lessons along with a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). Enjoy lunch including food you have cooked.

• Day 6 : Free & Easy

  You have a whole day today to relax on the beach and enjoy the facililties of the Nam Hai resort, one of the most luxury reort in Vietnam or you can have a day trip to visit the nearby UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Hue with its Buddhist pagodas, royal tombs and historic citadels.

• Day 7 : Hoi An - HCMC - Lady Hau Cruise dinner

  Again you take a one-hour FLIGHT to HCM City. Unlike most cities you have visited, Saigon is the most dynamic. Everyone seems busy riding, buying, selling, studying, and building. However, the city's core is still adorned with wide elegant boulevards and historic French colonial buildings.
  After check in enjoy your free time or you can have a private tour visiting some of its famous attractions such as the Reunification Palace, the Municipal Theatre, the City Post Office, the Notre-Dame Cathedral. You can also have a walk through the city's main shopping boulevard with fashionable boutiques and hill tribe crafts, high quality linens and house-wares and end up at the Ben Thanh market, one of the city biggest markets.
  Tonight you will have dinner on board of the Lady Hau river cruise, a former rice barge and one of the best way ruising up the Saigon river to discover HCMC by night while enjoying a buffet of classic Vietnamese an International dishes.

• Day 8 : Mekong Delta Excursion

  Today you have an excursion of the Mekong Delta or “Nine Dragon River Delta”. Surrounded by thousands of crisscrossed canals, life in the Mekong Delta revolves much around the river, most of the villages are often accessible by rivers and canals rather than by road. Take a sampan motor-boat on the Tien river to the Thoi Son (Unicorn) islet, one of the four famous islets ( Dragon, Unicorn, Tortoise, Phoenix). From here you follow a village path passing local houses, visiting some family-run coconut candy mill, take a horse-cart from village to village or enjoy a sampan rowing along small canals. Lunch with local dishes will be served right in the garden restaurant. You also have a chance to experience “Southern Vietnamese folk music", a common art activity in the Mekong Delta performed by local people. Rejoin your car and transfer back to HCMC. Free. At leisure.
