Summer time is the ultimate time to have a howling and fun filling experience on the beachside. It is very important to groom your skin, lips and hair to bear these harmful sunrays, especially while you are on the beachside. Too much exposure to sun on beachside can lead to several skin problems like sunburn, wrinkles, acne, scaly temples, wrecked blood vessels, and blackheads and soar lips. It can also cause tanning of the skin exposed to sun. Here are some beauty tips to keep your skin protected from these problems :-
- Always protect your skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays. Do apply water-proof sunscreen lotion with a high protection factor above 15 + on your body to prevent your skin from getting effected by these rays and blocking damaging ultraviolet (UV) rays from penetrating or defusing your skin.
- Do not sunbathe for long hours as it can adversely affect your skin and may leave your skin sunburned.
- Always wear waterproof makeup including mascaras, eyeliners and lipstick to maintain glamorous look while swimming at beachside.
- Sunscreen doesn't usually stay for long, therefore apply after every 90 minutes to keep your skin protected on the beach side.
- Prefer heavier sunscreens while swimming or diving underwater. Prefer sunscreen with additional moisturizing including Aloe Vera and Vitamin E.
- Direct exposure to sunny rays can be harmful for skin and can lead to serious health problems. Therefore, carry umbrella along with you while wandering on beach side. Do apply sunscreen even if you are sheltered with an umbrella. Prefer sitting in shade.
- Cocoa butter can be used for moisturizing your skin from getting peeled off. It can also play a role of an eye drops to remove sand particles from your eyes.
- Dried and sunburned lips can be cured by applying medicated lip protection guard cream with SPF. Lip balms can also be used to keep your lips smooth while being at beach side.
- Beachwear sunglasses should always be worn to protect your eyes from harmful UVA and UVB rays.
- To protect your hair and face from direct sun rays, wear wide brim hats.
- Stay hydrated, drink loads of drinking water to avoid dehydration and skin sunburns.
Do avoid skin tanning, use tanning medications including tan protection creams and lotions.
