Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center Overview

The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre is a popular exhibition center situated in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Commonly abbreviated as ADNEC, the center was inaugurated on February, 2007 by Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.

 

The establishment is the largest center in the Middle East. It is spread over 133,000sqm consisting of an indoor event space of 73,000sqm and an outdoor event space of 55,900sqm. The seating capacity of various divisions of the place is mentioned as follows:

  • The International Convention Centre-ICC can seat up to 6,000 people
  • Conference Halls A&B seat up to 1,500
    The 20 Meeting rooms in the venue can seat between 20 to 200 per room
  • The Grandstand can accommodate up to 5,400 visitors

 

The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre is a multinational award-winning venue. It has won several awards over the years. Some of the accreditations awarded to the venue are as follows:
