The San Antonio River Walk or Paseo del Río is located in Texas, USA. It includes bevy of splendid walkways that line up at the banks of San Antonio River just near to the streets of solemn Downtown San Antonio. The astounding lane of zippy bars, luring shops, and restaurants coddling the guests with the most toothsome food, and the River Walk are the significant characteristics of the very San Antonio city life.
The River Walk, the pedestrian street is very close to the automobile street. The Walk is embellished under some very beauteous bridges. These bridges lead the visitors to many other tourist troves such as the Pearl Brewery, the Alamo to Rivercenter Mall, Marriage Island, the San Antonio Museum of Art, HemisFair Park and myriad of other important places. Many establishments in downtown such as Casino Club Building incorporate street ingressions and separate entrances to the river just one level below.
Every year at the time of Fiesta San Antonio, the river looks pompous, and whoops with flowery boats propelled and floating all over the sprinkling water. The city also celebrates the Mud festival and the mud stashed at the bottom of the water is segregated to clean the river. The San Antonio Spurs, the football team also manoeuvres along the river in fun frolicked parades to revel special victories. In 2011, the River Walk was extended, starting from Downtown to the south side of the San Antonio city, Mission Espada. The idea behind the enhancement was to facilitate hiking and biking options for the visitors.
