Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Bali

  Arrive at Ngurah Rai Airport, Denpasar, Bali. Our representative will meet and welcoming You at the airport. Afterward, proceeding to the hotel for your refreshment. Rest of the day is free at leisure by own arrangement. Back to the hotel, stay overnight.

• Day 2 : Bali

  Breakfast at the hotel. Every class will have at least two expert silversmiths to ensure maximum attention to each student. The cost of the class is 400.000 Rupiah and includes ten grams of silver for your creation enough to make a ring or a pendant. Additional stone or silver may be purchased in class please ask for current prices. Chez Monique feature original design custom ordering jewelry repair. Afterward, you will bring to enjoy the beautiful of Ubud, with its natural view, Rice Paddy Terraces, Handicraft and Painting center. Begin the evening’s escapade at the Bali Zoo with our elephant encounters and feeding experience. You’ll meet our gentle pachyderms and see how it feels to actually feed these amazing mammals by hand. Then head over to our restaurant for a petting and photo session with our tame Borneo bear cat, scaly python and even a Sumatran Sinyulong freshwater crocodile. Continue your tour with a guided walk through the Bali Zoo in which your senses will come alive to the natural sights and sounds of our tropical menagerie at night followed by a dramatic fire dance performance to entertain you before dinner. Your special evening concludes with a sit down al fresco feast under the stars next to our open-air lion enclosure where you’ll be dining only a few meters from our resident king of the jungle and his pride of adorable lion cubs. Back to hotel, stay overnight.

• Day 3 : Bali

  Breakfast at the hotel. Morning activity, you will proceed to go to Tj. Benoa. You will enjoy Glass Bottom, Turtle Island and Snorkeling. Back to the hotel for refreshment.
  In the afternoon, you will transfer to Anika Spa. Relax and enjoy Spa Treatment for 120 minutes. Rest of the day will be free at leisure. Back to hotel, stay overnight.

  Breakfast at the hotel. Morning will be free at leisure by your own arrangement. In the afternoon, you will continue to enjoy the sunset while riding horse along the beach.
  A natural Balinese experience with a mystic ride, on seemingly endless sparkling beach. Located on the north of most photographed and one of Bali's most sacred places, Tanah Lot. The scenery is beautiful in this peaceful village, where rice farming, fishing and sea salt harvesting are the main activities. Back to the hotel, stay overnight.

Rates are NOT valid on Special Events Dates or Block-out Dates as advised below the pricing, wherein Surcharges and/or Minimum stay will apply
Preferred Hotels with Rooming Configuration (4A / 3A+1C are Not allowed in 1 room)
Confirmed Flight Details (with dates & flight number) & Meal Request
Any Supplement cost / Optional to be booked
Child Pricing is applicable for those below 13years and sharing in room with 2 Adults.
Few Hotels have Min Child Age as Below 12yrs. Infants are those below 2yrs of age.
If the required Hotel is not available, then an Alternative will be suggested, which will result in a change of Pricing or Quote advised
Rates can be changed without prior notice
R.O.E is taken as 1USD = 54 INR, any changes in R.O.E is borne by the passenger

The hotel will give the room double or twin as per the availability for which we have no control, the said is between the client and the hotel (bedding type availability).
We book the room in a certain room type. Any kind of upgrade or downgrade given to the client by the hotel is as a dispute between the hotel and client for which we have no control. Also, any kind of amenities or services not provided by the hotel will be a dispute between the hotel or airline and the client.
We book basic room in the hotel booked by us unless specified the room category.
Please note that the above tour might require physical activity whereby a lot of walking is needed at theme parks and other tours. The tour might also require long hours of tours and arrivals which can be very late or early in the morning. All clients are expected to take full medical check up with a doctors approval before taking the above holiday package. In case any client is facing any medical problem, it is highly advisable to consult the doctor before undertaking the above holiday. Also, Aarna Vacations takes no responsibility in case there is a medical illness during or after the tour because of any reason.
Special assistance are subject to approval based on request.
Please note to take care of the visa processing and its time as we will not be responsible for any kind of delays or refusal of visa from the concerned consulate and the cancellation policy of the holiday will be applied.
Any kind of disputes or refunds will not be verbally accepted. We will require the invoice, slips and requisite document with details to be able to process any refunds.
Any kind of delays in flight such as fog or technical problem Is not the responsibility of Aarna Vacations and any kind of hotel cancellations and no shows will be the responsibility of the client.
Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction at the Delhi court of law.
Over and above the cancellation policy as mentioned above. If there is any extra or additional cancellation policy of airline, cruise, hotels etc. the client will be responsible for the same and have to be paid by the client. There are also some tickets that are 100 percent non refundable which is also to be taken care by the client.
We also understand that the client accepts the above terms and conditions before re-confirming the above holiday.
