Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Delhi

  Arrive Delhi. On arrival, meet assistance and transfer to the hotel.
  Morning visit Raj Ghat - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi, Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. Afternoon visit Qutub Minar built by Qutub-ud-Din Aibek in 1199, Humayun's Tomb, India Gate (War Memorial Arch), Lakshminarayan Temple - a modern Hindu Temple. Also drive past President's House, Parliament-House, Government Secretariat Buildings and Connaught Place shopping centre. Evening dances of India show followed by dinner in a local Indian restaurant. Overnight Delhi.

• Day 2 : Delhi - Jaipu

  Morning drive to Jaipur. On arrival check in at hotel. Afternoon free. Overnight Jaipur.

• Day 3 : Jaipur

  Morning visit Amber Fort. Amber Fort was the ancient capital of the State. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Afternoon tour of Jaipur. Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince and ever since, it has retained this colour. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, & the Observatory. Drive past Hawa Mahal & through the pink rose residential & business areas. Overnight Jaipur.

• Day 4 : Jaipur - Agra

  Drive to Agra visiting Fatehpur Sikri enroute. Fatehpur Sikri is 40 kms from Agra and built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings including the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces. Overnight Agra.

• Day 5 : Agra

  Morning visit world famous Taj Mahal built by Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Later visit the Agra Fort containing the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Taj Mahal is closed on Friday. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight Agra.

• Day 6 : Agra - Delhi

  Drive to Delhi airport in time for return flight. No hotel in Delhi.

The confirmation of rooms at desired hotels will be subject to availability on the day of making the booking. In case rooms are not available at the hotel foreseen/ desired bookings will be made in alternate or similar category or the next best available hotel. Any supplement/ reduction applicable in such cases will be payable accordingly.

Rates are NOT valid on Special Events Dates or Block-out Dates as advised below the pricing, wherein

Preferred Hotels with Rooming Configuration (4A / 3A+1C are Not allowed in 1 room)
Confirmed Flight Details (with dates & flight number) & Meal Request

Child Pricing is applicable for those below 13years and sharing in room with 2 Adults.
Few Hotels have Min Child Age as Below 12yrs. Infants are those below 2yrs of age.
If the required Hotel is not available, then an Alternative will be suggested, which will result in a change of Pricing or Quote advised

In case you fail to follow the timings, the Driver will leave for which no refund will be given.
Hotels suggested in the itinerary can be changed and will be equivalent or more to the one given to you in terms of price as per the official rate sheet of the hotel.
The hotel will give the room double or twin as per the availability for which we have no control, the said is between the client and the hotel (bedding type availability).
We book the room in a certain room type. Any kind of upgrade or downgrade given to the client by the hotel is as a dispute between the hotel and client for which we have no control. Also, any kind of amenities or services not provided by the hotel will be a dispute between the hotel or airline and the client.
We book basic room in the hotel booked by us unless specified the room category.
Please note that the above tour might require physical activity whereby a lot of walking is needed at theme parks and other tours. The tour might also require long hours of tours and arrivals which can be very late or early in the morning. All clients are expected to take full medical check up with a doctors approval before taking the above holiday package. In case any client is facing any medical problem, it is highly advisable to consult the doctor before undertaking the above holiday. Also, Aarna Vacations takes no responsibility in case there is a medical illness during or after the tour because of any reason.
Special assistance are subject to approval based on request.
Please note to take care of the visa processing and its time as we will not be responsible for any kind of delays or refusal of visa from the concerned consulate and the cancellation policy of the holiday will be applied.
Any kind of disputes or refunds will not be verbally accepted. We will require the invoice, slips and requisite document with details to be able to process any refunds.
Any kind of delays in flight such as fog or technical problem Is not the responsibility of Aarna Vacations and any kind of hotel cancellations and no shows will be the responsibility of the client.
Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction at the Delhi court of law.
Over and above the cancellation policy as mentioned above. If there is any extra or additional cancellation policy of airline, cruise, hotels etc. the client will be responsible for the same and have to be paid by the client. There are also some tickets that are 100 percent non refundable which is also to be taken care by the client.
We also understand that the client accepts the above terms and conditions before re-confirming the above holiday.
