Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Santiago de Chile

    You’ll be welcomed at the airport and transferred to your accommodation by private vehicle. Here, our Experience Manager and your concierge for this journey kicks off the trip with a “Welcome Meeting”. Rest of the day remains free to adapt to your new destination and enjoy this vibrant city.

  • Day 2 : Enjoy the Highlights of Santiago & a Gourmet Night

    We spend the day exploring the main sites of Santiago’s historical centre, the Cerro Santa Lucia, the bohemian Bellavista neighbourhood, the new centre of the city and the modern neighbourhoods of Las Condes and Vitacura. Now familiar with a part of Santiago’s rich history, you’ll enjoy your visit to the Memorial Museum.

    In the evening indulge your taste buds with a gourmet dinner at Osadia Restaurant.

  • Day 3 : Santiago - Torres Del Paine for a Luxury Camp in South America

    We embark towards Patagonia, departing Santiago for Punta Arenas (private transfers to and from the airport included) and to one of the most beautiful national parks in South America – Torres del Paine.

    It is a three and a half hour long drive along the southernmost part of Patagonia until we get to Torres del Paine National Park where amazing experiences await. It is an unparalleled immersive nature experience of the Paine National Park.

    Meals: Full board included with open bar, including Matetic Winery selection of wines.

  • Day 4 : Exploring Torres Del Paine

    Patagonia Camp will lead you to discover Patagonia’s ancient forests, lakes, rivers, mountains and glaciers. A number of excursions of varied lengths and difficulty are offered. On every excursion you’ll be guided by experienced, bilingual guides who can adjust each experience according to the expectations of each group and to the unexpected weather.

    Meals: Full board included with open Bar, including Matetic Winery selection of wines.

  • Day 5 : Exploring Torres Del Paine

    Patagonia Camp excursions include full day treks (to Base Torres, Valle del Francés and Los Cuernos) and scenic and short hikes within the Torres Del Paine National Park. They also offer exclusive excursions to areas near the camp, such as Laguna Bonita hike, Toro Waterfall hike, kayaking in Toro Lake or in Laguna Bonita, fishing on the shore of Toro Lake and Peninsula del Toro trek.

    Meals: Full board included with open Bar, including Matetic Winery selection of wines.

  • Day 6 : Torres Del Paine - El Calafate, Argentina

    We depart after breakfast, transferring first to the Chilean border, from where another vehicle takes us towards Argentine Patagonia, driving all the way to the Estancia in El Calafate where we will spend the next few days.

    The four and a half hour drive along the scenic and beautiful Patagonian steppe landscape is a highlight in itself. A picnic stop is a great way to enjoy the beauty of this spot.

    Upon arrival at our ranch accommodation, we will have time to relax, enjoy the landscapes and even head out for one of the short treks in the area. The ranch is located behind the Perito Moreno Glacier, a privileged area where if you listen carefully, you may be able to hear the sounds of ice breaking from the glacier.

    Meals: Breakfast, picnic lunch and dinner with drinks and wine.

  • Day 7 : Sheep Shearing Demonstration, Barbecue Lunch and Perito Moreno Glacier By Boat

    Attend to sheep shearing and equestrian demonstrations. Enjoy a typical Patagonian lunch with delicious lamb and others Argentinean cut meats accompanied by fine Argentine wines. Then we cruise to Playa de las Monedas, where you’ll be able to enjoy a peaceful walk along the forest and get to a lookout spot to appreciate the south side of the Moreno Glacier. Before leaving the boat, join the crew and savour a whiskey with glacier ice. At the end of the trip, visit the glacier’s walkways and return to El Calafate.

  • Day 8 : Patagonia Hiking and Horse Riding On a Ranch

    Walk along the paths of the Estancia to discover its flora and fauna; or enjoy a horse ride or bike tour. From panoramic points you’ll be able to appreciate sights of the Perito Moreno Glacier and the Hidden Glaciers, the southernmost ones of the National Park.

    Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner with drinks and wine.

  • Day 9 : El Calafate - Ushuaia

    After breakfast, we will privately transfer you to the airport in El Calafate for your flight to Ushuaia. Another private transfer takes you to the Arakur hotel, located in a prime spot within the Cerro Alarkén Natural Reserve, a few minutes from downtown.

    This beautiful hotel was designed based on the rules of sustainable architecture, along a spectacular balcony surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views, native forests, natural terraces and green areas harmonically integrated into the surroundings. Rest of the day remains free to relax at the spa in the hotel.

  • Day 10 : Explore the “End of the World” in 4X4WD

    Today’s highlight is a unique adventure, journeying across the Andes in a 4×4 vehicle and enjoying the thrill of some amazing crossings. We will visit the beautiful Fagnano and Escondido Lakes, getting amidst the pristine lakes and muddy lands – a close encounter possible only in 4X4WD vehicles.

    Meals: Breakfast and barbecue lunch with wines and drinks.

  • Day 11 : Ushuaia, Tierra Del Fuego National Park – Expedition Towards the Remotest Corners of the Planet

    We arrive early in Ensenada Bay in the Tierra del Fuego National Park. After a short walk along the beach and woods, we continue our journey towards Lapataia – the point where all routes of America come to their end.

    Your local guide will assist with your cruise check-in and luggage delivery. Staying close to the port, head out on your own to visit the two local museums. The Presidium holds interesting stories about Ushuaia while the Fin del Mundo preserves the historical roots of Tierra del Fuego. Remember to check back in time for the cruise (by 5.30pm).

    In the afternoon, we depart for Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina, the southernmost city in the world located at the Beagle Channel and sail through this scenic waterway for the rest of the evening.

    As part of this amazing trip, you will be able to choose from different outdoor adventure activities such as kayaking, camping, hiking, mountaineering and a photo workshop (need to be booked before the trips begins).

  • Day 12 : Antarctica By Sea

    On these days we sail across the Drake Passage. While crossing the Antarctic Convergence, we arrive in the circum-Antarctic up welling zone. In this area we may see Wandering Albatrosses, Grey Headed Albatrosses, Black- browed Albatrosses, Light- mantled Albatrosses, Cape Petrels, Southern Fulmars, Wilson’s Storm Petrels, Blue Petrels and Antarctic Petrels. Near the South Shetland Islands, we spot our first icebergs.

    Meals: all meals throughout the voyage aboard the ship including snacks, coffee and tea.

  • Day 13 : Antarctica By Sea

All climbs and excursions can only be conducted in good weather conditions.

    We will visit the old British research station, now working museum and post office at Port Lockroy on Goudier Island. Close to Port Lockroy we may also offer a landing on Jougla Point with Gentoo Penguins and Blue-eyed Shags. We look out for leopard seals, Crabeater seals and whales. Conditions permitting we sail through the spectacular Lemaire Channel to Booth Island, Pléneau and Petermann Island where we can find Adélie Penguins and Blue-eyed Shags. Here you may also encounter Humpback and Minke Whales. We choose another camp site which is suitable and close to next day’s activity. The opportunities for kayaking, glacier walks or more ambitious mountaineering are excellent in this area.

    At Neko Harbour we will have the opportunity to set foot on the Antarctic continent in a magnificent landscape of a huge glacier and enjoy the landscape during zodiac cruises, walks and kayak excursions. A small group of glacier walkers may climb up on higher grounds of the glacier. We will spend the night in Paradise Bay with a camp erected ashore, departing early the next day.

  • Day 22 : Ushuaia - Iguassu Falls

    We go from the ice to the amazing waterfalls. After disembarking, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight to Iguassu to explore one of the world’s most amazing waterfalls. You will be taken by private transfer to your accommodation which is in an outstanding location from which to explore this breath-taking attraction. Enjoy a pleasant lunch at the hotel and afterwards, a local guide and bird specialist will take you through the park where you will be introduced to it’s beautiful and diverse bird inhabitants.

  • Day 23 : Iguassu Falls, Brazilian Side

    Today is time to relax at the hotel and explore the park your way. After lunch we´ll head to the Argentine side of the falls and get inspired with the most beautiful and impacting views. Back at your hotel, enjoy a pleasant dinner before departing Argentina for Brazil.

  • Day 24 : Arrive in Buenos Aires. Enjoy City Highlights in the “paris of South America” & Paired Lunch in

    We depart Iguassu for Buenos Aires, with private transfers being organised to and from the hotel to the airports. The day is spent exploring this vibrant city’s main attractions today and enjoying a delicious three-course lunch paired with some of the best Argentinean wines at a closed-door chic restaurant.

  • Day 25 : Buenos Aires - San Antonio De Areco, the Cradle of Gaucho’s Traditions

    Savour the flavours of Argentina with a visit to one of San Antonio de Areco’s local markets. You can learn about Argentinean beef cuts and local produce, refine your culinary skills with an Argentine cooking lesson – making the perfect steaks on the grill. Then indulge the foodie in you with a traditional empanada and local delight – the “alfajor”.

  • Day 26 : Enjoy a Tango Evening in Buenos Aires

    The day is free for you to enjoy the city at your own pace and visit spots on your bucket list. Visit the tango neighbourhoods of Recoleta or San Telmo. In the evening enjoy one of the most exclusive tango shows in the city.

  • Day 27 : Departing Buenos Aires

    Enjoy the day at your leisure and indulge in some last minute shopping before departing the beautiful city of Buenos Aires, ending what we hope would have been a trip of a lifetime.
