Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Bhopal & sightseeing

  On arrival Bhopal transfer to the Hotel & after fresh n up move out sightseeing Bhojpur Mandir & digambar temple jain Mandir. After that cover also Bhimbetika.In evening at 6:00pm back to the hotel Dinner & stay.

• Day 2 : Pachmarhi

  Morning at 8:00 am after breakfast take departure to SATPURA KI RANI PACHMARHI. Pachmarhi is a most beautiful hill station, which has covered from big rock , lots of water fall Wild animals & Greenery. Its situated around 200 km from Bhopal around 4-5 hours in arrival.Whenever we reach Pachmarhi transfer to the hotel & rest for some time in evening visit market.Dinner & night stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : Pachmarhi Sightseeing

  Morning at 5:00 am move out for sunrise seeing. Then back to the hotel & after fresh n up take delicious breakfast & again move out to full day Pachmarhi Sightseeing.Dinner & night stay at hotel.

• Day 4 : Pachmarhi - Jabalpur(240km/4hrs)

  Morning after breakfast at 9:30 am check out to the hotel &Transfer to Jabalpur.On arrival Jabalpur check in to hotel, Dinner & overnight stay at Jabalpur.

• Day 5 : Bhedaghat - Bandhavgarh National park (200km/4hrs)

  Morning after breakfast check out to the hotel &move out to the sightseeing Bedagaht around 25 km from Jabalpur. Bhedaghat have many marbel rock & A big water fall of Narmada river (its also call DHOOAA DHAR JAL PRAPAT) .After completion hedaghat sightseeing. Take departure to Bandhavgarh National park.On arrival check in to the hotel/Resort , rest Dinner & night stay.

• Day 6 : Bandhavgarh National park

  Early morning after breakfast at lodge start jungle safari. At 3:00 pm evening jungle Safari. Dinner & stay at Resort.

• Day 7 : Bandhavgarh National park - Khajuraho (263km/4hrs)

  Early morning after breakfast take departure for Khajuraho (Divine temple) on arrival visit sightseeing dinner & stay.

• Day 8 : Khajuraho Sightseeing & take off to Home

  After Breakfast Check out to the hotel & visit some sightseeing. Then transfer to the Airport. Tour Services Conclude here with sweet & unforgettable memories.

Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.

All the confirmation depend on Airfare and Hotel confirmation are availability at the time of Booking.

The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest. For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.

Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you had to paid the differences.

Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.

Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.

In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.

Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of International travel) containing your photograph as it is required at the airport and during check in at hotels. Pan card is not a valid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.

The check in and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.

For early check in and late check outs payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.

Cost does not include Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail/flight/vehicle delays and cancellations, road blockage, vehicle malfunctioning, strikes, natural calamity, political disturbance etc. and it will be borne/settled by client only. Elixir World will neither be responsible and nor bear these expenses. No refund shall be made for unutilized services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as follows:

Once the booking is done: 20% of package cost

30 days prior to departure: 30 % of Package Cost

15 Days prior to departure: 50% of Package Cost

10 Days till the date of departure: 100% of Package Cost
