Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 :

  Upon Arrival, We are Treated to a Welcome Tasting Where We are Deliciously Introduced to the Wines of this Beautiful Region. Dinner this Evening Will Be Enjoyed with the Group At a Fantastic Local Restaurant, Le Clos Des Framboisiers.

• Day 2 :

  Our Day Begins with a Tour of the City’s Historic Walls and During this Experience, We Will Discover the Stories Held with Them. Following a Delicious Lunch, There Will Be Some Leisure Time that Will Allow Us to Further Explore the Local Area and in the Evening We Reconvene for a Luxurious New Year Gala Dinner.

• Day 3 :

  A Leisurely Start Eases Us Into the First Day of the New Year and Later We Visit Cocoa & Grapes for An Indulgent Chocolate and Wine Tasting. Supporting Small, Local Producers, this is a Fantastic Stop and a Great Way to Mark the Beginning of 2019. We Will Enjoy More Free Time in the Afternoon Before Returning to Our Hotel.

• Day 4 :

  We Begin with a Visit to Château La Voulte-gasparets, Where for Six Generations Now the Families Pauc, Grule, Berges and Reverdy have Succeeded Each other At the Head of What Has Become One of the Most Illustrious Names of the Languedoc Roussillon Wine Industry. the Wines Produced Here are Renowned for Their Rich Aromas and Subtleness. They have Become a Must On the Menus of Many of the Finest Restaurants, and the Vines Here are Around 60 Years. Afterwards, We Will Make Our Way to Le Table De Fontfroide for a Delicious Lunch and Wine Tasting Session. Once We are Finished with Our Meal, We Will Head Next Door to Visit Abbaye De Fontfroide, a Former Cistercian Monastery. the Evening Will Be Spent At Leisure and We Make Our Way Home Tomorrow.

• Day 5 :

  Today We Bid Farewell to Our Group and Travel Back to England.
