Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi To Dharamsala - Via Air :: Drive From Dharamsala To Dalhousie ( 120 Km - 3.5 Hours)

  Afternoon pick up from Dharamsala domestic airport, Meet and greeted by Pretty planet travels representative & Drive to Dalhousie.
  The hill station of Dalhousie named after the former British governor general, is full of old world charm and exudes a lingering aura of colonial times, covering an area of 40 sq. km and surrounded by alpine vegetation, Dalhousie has charming architecture and panoramic views of both the plains and the whitecapped Dhauladhar ranges. Cold in winter, mind in summer.
  Check in to the hotel. Rest and relax! Later proceed to sightseeing of Dalhousie.
  At Evening Visit Dalhousie St. John’s Church, Kalatop. Bhara Pathar & Subhash Baoli. Drive Back to Hotel.

• Day 2 : Khajjiar Sightseeing (Khajjiar Is Known As Mini Switzerland Of India)

  Morning after breakfast, proceed for the excursion to Khajjiar ,often called mini Switzerland the exquisite glade of Khajiar (1960m) has a circumference of about 5 km & return to Dalhousie. Overnight at the Hotel. Along its fringes,thick forests of deodar climb the slopes,the snow lines rests above these woods.At khajjiar there is a 12th century temple known as Khajji Nag.Within the temple there are life sixe wooden images of the five pandav brothers. After visit Dalhousie proceed for excursion tour to Chamba(915m) stands on right back river Ravi. As a former princely State,it is one of the oldest in the century,It is well known for its splendid architecture and a base for numerous excursions.Later drive back to Khajjiar Hotel.

• Day 3 : Dalhousie To Dharamsala - (120 Km -3.5Hours Approx.)

  Enjoy the breakfast, check out from Dalhousie & Drive to Dharamshala.
  Nestled in the western Himalayas, the hill station of Dharamshala is a visual treat for those intending to sojourn here. Dharamshala with its pine and deodar forests, pure water bodies and snow covered mountains will completely enthrall you.
  Check in to the hotel. Rest and relax! Later proceed to sightseeing of Dharamsala.
  Visit to Mcleod ganj, Mc’leodganj-the seat of his holiness Dalai Lama, covering Beautiful and sacred Dal Lake, St. John Church, World Famous NamgyalMonestry (Dalai Lama’s Main Temple) and famous Mall road of Mc’leodganj.
  Later Darshan at Bhagsu Nag Temple :Bhagsu Nag temple is in Bhagsu Village about a km from McCleodganj. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and has great historical significance. About seven streams, like miniature waterfalls flow here and these are considered holy with cleansing properties by devotees. A freshwater spring also flows through the temple and bathing in its waters is considered a spiritual experience in itself.

• Day 4 : Dharamshala - Palampur Sightseeing

  After breakfast proceed for full day sightseeing of in & around Dharamsala Covering worth - Kangra Art Museum & Then visit to NorbulingaMonestry, Norbulingka institute(The Tibetan Institute is the premier institute in the world which offers courses of study for Tibetan culture and arts.
  
  Then Visit to Palampur, enjoy the serene beauty of mystical Palampur Tea gardens, walk down the town to enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of nature. Visit to Neugal café, Sorav Van Vihar.
  Drive back to Dharamsala.
  Dinner and Overnight at hotel.

• Day 5 : Dharamsala To Manali - (238 Km - 7 Hrs Approx.)

  After breakfast drive to Manali. Enroute Darshan of famous one of twelve Jyotirlingas of Ek Lingji Mahadev SHREE BAIJNATH Ji temple.
  Continue your drive to Manali. We take you to the valley of Gods, is a combination of natural splendor and rich cultural heritage. Keep your cameras ready, there are many scenic spots as you pass by Kullu valley, Beas river, Dashehra maidan etc.
  Check into the hotel. Dinner and Overnight Stay at Manali Hotel.

• Day 6 : Manali Sightseeing

  After breakfast, Walk through town visiting newly constructed Buddhist Monastery. Hadimba Devi temple-It is small temple situated in the dense forest is very interesting. Hadimba is said to be the wife of Bhima from the epic of Mahabharata. Vashist, it is an extremely picturesque little place clinging to the steep hill side. On the way up to the village you come upon the Vashist hot baths where a natural sulphur spring is piped into a modern bath -house.
  Evening is free for shopping at the famous Mall road.

• Day 7 : Manali - Rohtang Pass (Km 51- By Road)

  After breakfast Full day tour of Rohtang Pass – The majesty of the mountains and the glaciers can be seen at their best, you can enjoy this snowy heaven. Take a sledge ride down the slopes, try your luck climbing the little snow hills. You can also do snow sports there,viz. Snow Skiing, Snow Skatting, and Ride on a Snow Scooter etc.
  On you’re descents to Manali, halt at the Rahalla falls and Solang Valley. You can do Paragliding at Solang Valley, and Take a Helicopter Ride through the beautiful snow capped mountains. The Magnificent views and natural beauty are a never-ending source of delight. Also halt at Marhi, Rahalla falls, Nehru Kund. Return to the hotel.
  Dinner & Overnight stay at Manali Hotel.

• Day 8 : Kullu Valley Sightseeing

  After breakfast, proceed to enjoy the valley of serene natural beauty.
  Visit famous Great Himalayan National Park – GHNP is the newest addition to India’s National Parks,it is located in Kullu region of Himachal Pradesh. It lies between an altitude of 1500-6000m
  Later darshan at Raghunathji Temple - Housing the idol of Lord Raghunathji in His chariot, this temple is highly revered by the people of India. It was built in the 17th century by Raja Jagat Singh of Kullu, to atone for his sin of bringing the idol from Ayodhya. Raghunathji is the presiding deity of Kullu. The erstwhile rulers Kullu used to rule over their kingdom, as his regents and not as the king themselves.
  Darshan at Jagannathi Devi Temple
  Jagannathi Devi Temple is situated at a distance of almost 4 km from the Kullu valley. One has to hike up the cliff to reach the temple, which comes under the Bhekhli village. It offers beautiful views of the city from above.
  You can shoppe for Sovenirs such as Famous Kullu handicrafts from Akhara Bazaar Kullu
  Popular as one of the main bazaars and shopping areas of Kullu, Akhara Bazaar has a number of shops, selling Kullu caps and woolen apparels such as shawls, pattoos, gudmas, puhlas and namdas or rugs.
  Drive back to Manali for dinner and over night stay.

• Day 9 : Manali To Dharamsala (238 Km - 7 Hours Approx.)

  Morning proceed to Dharamsala.
  Later in the evening, arrival at Dharamsala and transferred to hotel. Rest and Relax!
  Then, Proceed to the Aghanjar Mahadev Temple has a gorgeous location near the scenic Khaniyara village surrounded by forests, mountains and a charming stream that flows right next to it. The War Memorial commemorates the memory of war heroes who fought bravely for their mother land and sacrificed their lives in its defense. Located in the middle of lush green pine trees, the memorial is a peaceful and patriotic place decorated with lawns and artistic landscaping.
  Later proceed to visit HPCA International cricket stadium, this is known to be the World’s Most beautiful and highest International cricket grouds.
  Dinner and Overnight Stay at hotel.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air Conditioned vehicles, It will be switched off in the hills.
The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300hrs and the standard check-out time is 1000hrs.
Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc..) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Pretty Planet Travels will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.
