Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Upon arrival at Durbans King Shaka Int airport you will be met
  by our tour guide who will transfer you to your Durban beachfro

  hotel.
  After check in and short rest,
  our guide will meet you in the h
  otel foyer for an afternoon Durb
  an City tour. This is the idea

  introductory tour of Durban, which has been shaped by the early
  Colonial settlers, the indigenous Zulus and the Indians who
  arrived as indentured labourers
  in the 19th Century. Drive alon
  g the 'Golden Mile' (Beachfront a
  rea). Visit the city centre an
  d Indian
  Markets. Stop at Wilson’s Whar
  f and Durban's Botanic Gardens, f
  ounded in 1849. Finally visit the
  iconic Moses Mabhida Stadium
  and take a trip on the Sky car (
  optional extra). Evening will b
  e at leisure

• Day 2 : Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Park.

  Our guide will meet you in the
  hotel foyer at 06h00 as spend a
  day on safari in the magical Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Park.
  The park is famous for its highly
  successful white rhino conser
  vation programme. The reserv
  e is home to 84 species
  of game, including the 'Big Fiv
  e', and an impressive 425 types
  of birds. Lunch at Hilltop Ca
  mp (or similar) included.
  After lunch we proceed driving
  through the park as we head back
  to our hotel in Durban. This evening will be at
  leisure.

• Day 3 : Durban

  Today we will enjoy a leisurely start as our guide will meet you in the hotel foyer at 09h00. Thi
  s morning we take a journey to the cradle of South Africa’s democracy and visit some of Durban’s most historical sites. Places where the future of South Africa w
  as
  changed by the hands of brave and
  committed individuals. The hi
  ghlight is a visit site where
  Nelson Mandela cast his fist
  democratic vote in 1994. You will
  also visit pla
  ces such as: In
  anda Township, Mahatma Ghandi homestead (Phoenix Settlement),
  Inanda Seminary and many more.
  After lunch we will proceed to
  the Valley of a thousand hills w
  here we will stop for lunch at a
  local restaurant. After lunch
  we will
  proceed on a Tour of magnificent
  scenery, culture and reptiles
  all rolled into one. Our tour begi
  ns as we drive through the we
  stern
  Durban suburbs and on to the pict
  uresque countryside of the Val
  ley of a Thousand Hills. Visit a constructed Zulu village where
  you
  will be welcomed into the tradit
  ional beehive huts. Various art
  efacts, beliefs and ritual are explained, providing an insight
  into the
  fascinating Zulu culture. Our tour
  of the village culminates in
  an impressive Zulu dancing sh
  ow. After this cultural experien

  will visit the local snake and crocodile farm to view some of A
  frica magnificent creatures.
