Kanchenjunga (8586m) is the world’s third highest Himalayan peak which lies in the far-eastern part of Nepal near Nepal-India (Sikkim) border. Kanchenjunga Base Camp trekking is protected by Kanchenjunga conservation area project. This trekking trail embraces the magnificent view of snowcapped mountains, the diverse scenery from the subtropical lowland to the eye-catching glacier flat terrain and charming forest of rhododendrons as well as plenty of wildlife including Musk deer, Blue sheep red panda, snow leopard and Asian black bear.

Kanchenjunga literally means “Five Great Treasuries of the Snow” but it has seven main summits. Traditionally, it is also the symbol of Abode of Gods that represents peace, prosperity, and goodwill to local culture. The voyage to Kanchenjunga is to explore the wide range of scenery lush, tropical jungle including Rhododendron, chestnut, oak forests and adventure activities of Sinon La Pass (4460m), Mirgin La Pass (4725m) and Sinelapcha La Pass (4446m).
