Day 1 : Manali - Sarchu: (222 Kms/ 10 Hrs)
Travel from Manali to Keylong enroute crossing over Rohtang Pass (3980 m). This route would provide you views of mountains, several streams/ waterfalls and hanging glaciers. After a short stop at Keylong continue drive to Srachu enroute visiting Jispa and crossing over Baralacha La 4800 m.. On arrival check in the deluxe camp accommodation. Evening walk around the beautiful & huge campsite of Sarchu. Overnight in Serchu.
Day 2 : Sarchu to Leh: (250 Kms/ 10 Hrs)
Today is a very long day and we start very early. Travel by surface from Sarchu to Leh crossing over Lachang La (5065 m) and Tanglang La (5360 m). On arrival check-in at hotel. Overnight at Leh.
Day 3 : Leh – Local Sightseeing
After breakfast group will Visit Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Hall of Fame, Sangam (Confluence River), Spituk Monaster. Overnight at Leh.
Day 4 : Leh - Nubra Valley 120 Kms / 4-5 hrs
After Breakfast drive to Nubra valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft) Arrive at Hundur by afternoon. Lunch at Camp, rest of the day one is free to explore Deskit, Hunder Villages and camel Safari in Sand Dunes between Deskit and Hunder Village. O/N Nubra Valley.
Day 5 : Nubra Valley - Leh 120 Kms / 4-5 hrs
After Breakfast visit Deskit Monastery, where you can have a magnificent view of Nubra Valley and drive back to Leh by same Route, crossing Khardungla Pass. Overnight at Leh.
Day 6 : Leh - Pangong Lake 145 Kms /4-5 hrs
After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, through Changla Pass 17,350 ft. (third Highest Motorable road in the world.) Overnight Pangong.
Day 7 : Pangong Lake - Leh 140 Kms / 4-5 hrs
On the way crossing Third Highest Motorable road in the world (Chang La pass) 17300 fts. In routes group will visit monastery tour:
Shey – Situated t on the eastern bank of the river Indus, the small village Shey is just about 15 kms from Leh. The place is popular for the ancient palace and the monastery. The Shey Palace was the residence of the royal family built in the 17th century. Also you can see the ruins of a fortress present above the palace. The Shey Monastery also has a three storey image of Buddha Sakyamuni made of copper gilt.
Thiksey Monastery - Located on top of a hill, the monastery is an excellent example of Ladakhi architecture. This contains several stupas, statues, thangkas, wall paintings and a large pillar depicting Buddha's teachings.
Hemis Monastery - Built in 1630, this is the biggest and most famous monastery in Ladakh. It is at a distance of 49 kms from Leh and 30 kms from Thiksey.

Day 8 : Depart to Delhi
Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey ends with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.

Very comprehensive tour of Ladakh, including the wonderful Hemis Festival at the Hemis Monastery. The scenery and places visited were outstanding.
