Terms And Condition:
- Hotels permit only 3 persons in a room. (01 double bed & one extra mattress).
- For an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
- The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
- The check out time of the hotel is 8 am; stay beyond the check out time is purely at the discretion of the hotels. (In Havelock, there may be a time gap between check out and ferry timings, guests are advised to leave their luggage in the hotel and venture out for some optional activity till the ferry timing).
- Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
- For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
- Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
- Suggested hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the same is not available, then a similar category hotel will be provided. Hotel once finalized cannot be changed.
- Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of nights in each destination and without compromising any services.
- Ferry timings are subject to change at the government's discretion, and we assume no liability for disruption in the tour owing to climatic conditions or any such events beyond our control. Although we will do our best to implement your itinerary to the fullest and provide you with commensurate back-up options. The cost of the same will need to be borne by the guest.
- The tour guide reserves the rights to make changes / detour or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, road blockage or security reason.
- The vehicle used (A/C or Non A/C) is available for point to point services only and is not at disposal. Guests are requested to follow the timings in the program. Dinner/extra Shopping trips will be charged Rs.500 extra.
- It is mandatory to carry the Identity card & age proof of children and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child without address proof shall be considered for an adult cost.

- PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Prior to 45 days or more: 25% of tour cost
- Between 44-31 days of departure: 30% of tour cost
- Between 30-11 days of departure: 50% of tour cost
- 10- 08 days to date of departure: 70%
- 07 or less days to date of departure: Full cost of the package.
PAYMENT TERMS:
You can make reservations with us by advising us your acceptance of the tour and travel dates. We would immediately proceed to make tentative bookings. All services would be kept on confirmed basis only on receipt of full 50% advance payment. The remaining payment has to be made on the date of arrival. Failing to make full payment before commencement of the tour will violate the terms and the package shall be cancelled without any refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If You Cancel Your Holiday
You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy below:

If we change or cancel your holiday
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes due to adverse weather conditions, cancellation of ferry services etc, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for instance, bad weather), we shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn�t already commenced. If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a pro-rate basis depending on portion of the tour standing utilized by you. In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding the price we charged as the tour fees.
