Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Day 1 (Guwahati – Jorhat)

  Welcome to Guwahati Airport / Tezpur Airport and meet Our Tour Guide Driver, and transfer to Jorhat City (310 kms – 5 hrs), city famous for Assam Tea Garden, visit Jorhat Science Centre, visit local Jorhat city markets, overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 2 : Day 2 (Jorhat – Namphake Buddhist Monastery)

  After breakfast 9.30 am, start journey to Namphake Buddhist Monastery located in Namphake Village (170 kms – 3 hrs). It is one of the oldest and very famous Buddhist Monastery in Assam, all people in this village are from Buddhist religion. The people in this village speaks local language similar to Thailand and still follow the traditional dress code of the great Tai Race. Overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 3 : Day 3 (Namphake Village)

  After breakfast visit Namphake village is renowned for a beautiful Buddhist monastery. This monastery is regarded as a meditation center and a renowned tourist attraction of Assam. Other attractions of the area are Nong Mungchiringta (Musulinda tank), Ashoka Pillar, Pagoda and traditional stilt houses. Enjoy local foods. Overnight stay at Local Village.

  After breakfast proceed to Sibsagar, a Ahom Kingdom birth place & famous historical area of Assam (104 kms – 3 hrs), en-route to explore popular places like Rang Ghar, Kareng Ghar, Joysagar Tank. Overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 5 : Day 5 (Sivsagar – Majuli Island)

  After breakfast proceed to Majuli Island by ferry, worlds largest River island, visit Majuli Island local villages, Assamese Garmur Sattra , Borduar Chapori, Dakhinpat Sattra, Sri Sri Auniati Sattra. Overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 6 : Day 6 (Majuli Island – Kaziranga National Park)

  After breakfast proceed to world’s most famous Jungle Park for wildlife lovers Kaziranga National Park (180 kms – 3 hrs) or check in direct to hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel.

• Day 7 : Day 7 (Kaziranga National Park)

  Early morning 5.30 am, you can enjoy for 1 hour Elephant Safari at Khora Range, after breakfast take rest and at afternoon 1.30 pm you can enjoy Jeep Safari. Overnight stay at Hotel.

  Visiting Darjeeling was certainly an experience to remember. The places we were taken to were so beautiful, the view from top of the tiger hills,the waterfalls, kanchanjanga and many "must visit places" of West Bengal. Each day we were given different places to stay at night, all were amazing.Very peaceful and beautiful resorts and hotel rooms. Food was adjustable. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian were available. Was really adventurous while traveling through the hills, the driver had amazing driving skills. The agent was good and helpful.
