Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : DELHI - SHIMLA (370 KMS/8 - 10 HRS)

  After pick from Delhi Airport/Railway station, start your wonderful vacation to Himachal starting from Shimla. Reach Shimla with in 10 hour check into the hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay.
  
  Shimla renowned its name as Queen of hills due to its flattering sceneries and colonial heritage which has retained its charm from British India time to till now.

• Day 2 : SHIMLA - KUFRI (22 KMS/ 45 MINS) - LOCAL S/S - SHIMLA

  After fresh up proceed for Shimla sightseeing to cover: Kufri (It is one the best ski point in winters and in summers, it turns into a famous tourist picnic spot) Jakhu Temple (According to Mahabharata Myth Hanuman Ji rested while Searching for Sanjivini Plant), Vice regal lodge which was once the residence of British Viceroy of India which is now converted to advance study for its academic use). In Evening Explore, The Mall, Scandal Point, Ridge, Lakkar Bazaar and Christ Church. Overnight stay in Hotel.

• Day 3 : SHIMLA - KULLU - MANALI (260 KMS/7 - 8 hrs)

  Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed towards Manali On the way to Manali, take a halt at Pandoh Dam, visit Hanogi Mata Temple and Vaishno Devi Temple. Reach Manali & check into the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 4 : MANALI + LOCAL CITY TOUR (3 - 4 HRS)

  After fresh up, proceed to half day city tour of Manali which includes- Hadimba Devi Temple (This temple constructed in 1553 A.D is Dedicated to Himachal’s Most Significant Deity Hadimba Mata), Vashisht Hot springs (Dedicated to Vashist Muni & well known for its hot Curable water and Religious). Evening you will be free to explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali, Overnight in hotel

• Day 5 : MANALI - SOLANG VALLEY (14 KMS) - MANALI

  Today morning after breakfast have excursion trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities by own cost. As the winter approaches, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities.   Day 5: MANALI –ROHTANG PASS/UP TO SNOW LINE

  Today morning after breakfast has excursion tour to Rohtang Pass upto Snow Line (Upto Snow Line refers to the barrier placed by the government to avoid risks during heavy Snowfall): On the way to Rohtang Pass visit Kothi, Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi. In Rohtang Pass enjoy Skiing, Horse Riding, Snow Scooter ride (on your own expenses). Afternoon at 4:00-5:00 PM return back to Manali. Dinner & Overnight Stay at the hotel.
  
  Please Note: Since NGT (National Green Tribunal) is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day, the Rohtang pass sightseeing will be subject to availability of the permit available on the spot. Also the cab services (including permission charges) will cost extra depending on the vehicle opted on sharing basis / individual basis by the customer. Rohtang pass is closed from 15th November to 15th April and on every Tuesday

Ø  THE ABOVE PACKAGE CAN BE CUSTOMIZED AS PER THE CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENT.

Ø  CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00 NOON AS PER HOTEL POLICIES (EARLY CHECK IN IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)

Ø  MEALS TIMINGS MUST BE FOLLOWED AS PER THE INSTRUCTED TIME OF THE HOTELS. FOR ANY UN-AVAILED MEALS WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE.

Ø  IN FEW TOURIST DESTINATIONS, THE FACILITIES OF HOTEL, SERVICES, AND AIDS ETC. CANNOT BE MATCHED TO DEVELOPED DESTINATIONS. HOTELS IN HIMACHAL ARE CATEGORIZED ON THE BASIS OF LOCATION, SERVICES AND COSTING AND NOT AS PER STAR CATEGORIZATION I.E.; 1*, 2*, 3* AND SO ON.

Ø   SERVICE CHARGE & SERVICE TAX IS DIFFERENT.

Ø  COMPANY HAS A RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE THE SITE SEEING DAYS TO ENSURE SMOOTH EXECUTION OF TOURS.

ADVANCE BOOKING POLICY:

Ø  50 % OF THE TOTAL PACKAGE COST MUST BE DEPOSITED AS AN ADVANCE IN OUR COMPANY’S ACCOUNT TO CONFIRM THE PACKAGE.

Ø  WE CAN ALSO ACCEPT THE BOOKING AT 25 % OF TOTAL PACKAGE COST AS A TOKEN AMOUNT IF YOU CONFIRM THE DESIRED PACKAGE BEFORE 30 DAYS OF YOUR TRAVEL DATE. (NOTE: THIS POLICY IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR PACKAGES COSTING ABOVE INR 50,000/-)

Ø  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ADVANCE 25% OF THE PAYMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS TOKEN AMOUNT ONLY & WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE. REST OF THE 25 % MUST BE CLEARED BEFORE 15 DAYS OF TRAVEL DATE. FAILURE IN DOING SO WILL LEAD TO CANCELLATION OF YOUR TOUR.

Ø  REMAINING 50 % OF THE PACKAGE COST WILL BE COLLECTED ON ARRIVAL DAY.

Ø  CUSTOMERS MUST CARRY THE ISSUED CONFIRMATION LETTER ON THEIR TRIP AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION LIKE CONFIRMED HOTEL,CAB DETAILS AND SERVICE CONTACT NUMBERS.

REF CANCELLATION POLICY:

·         CANCELLATION OF BOOKING DONE MORE THAN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO DATE OF CHECK-IN, 90 % AMOUNT WOULD BE REFUNDED TO THE   

        CUSTOMER.

·         CANCELLATION OF BOOKING DONE MORE THAN 7 DAYS AND LESS THAN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO DATE OF CHECK-IN, 50 % AMOUNT WOULD             

         BE REFUNDED TO THE CUSTOMER.

·         CANCELLATION OF BOOKING DONE IN LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 7 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE; NO REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN TO                

        THE CUSTOMER.
