Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Muscat – Jabal Akhdar

  Arrive at Muscat Airport by flight. After Immigration clearance and baggage collection proceed to the arrival hall to meet the chauffeur and proceed to the Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 2 : Jabal Akhdar—Ibra

  0800 Hrs: Al Jebel Al Akhdar is famed for its fruit orchards typically laid out terrace style along the slopes of mountains, which are endowed with natural springs and aflaj. The villages of Saiq, Wadi Bani Habib (the village of the old houses) visit to village roose& Al Ain dot the landscape. The villages overlook a spectacular landscape of dramatic peaks , gorges and wadis. The roses of Jabal Al Akhdar fill the air with fragrance when in full bloom (March / April). Rose water is distilled in the homes of the villagers. Lunch at the Sahab hotel in Jebel Akhdar. Drive for Wahiba Sands via Sinaw, a vast mass of undulating red and white sea of sand and dunes rising up to 200 meters, which are host to a variety of flora and fauna. The ever-changing patterns of the dunes are a photographer’s delight. Visit a Bedouin house in this wilderness. In stark contrast to this is Wadi Bani Khalid. It comprises of small pretty villages embedded in the mountains. The Wadi has clear deep blue water. Overnight stay at tent.

• Day 3 : Ibra—Ras Al Hadd

  0800 Hrs. Enjoy dune driving before leaving the desert. From Mintrib proceed to Bilad Bani Bu Ali and drive along the coastline to Ras Al Junayz the turtle breeding site. We have a short walk to the beach in the night to watch the turtles nestling on the sands. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

• Day 4 : Ras Al Haad—Sur—Muscat

  0800 Hrs. Proceed to Muscat enroute stopping at Sur to visit The Dhow factory & fish jetty.
  Drive via scenic and rugged coastal route to Muscat. Stop at Fins beach. Our next stop is the Bimah Sinkhole, a spectacular limestone crater with blue green water at the bottom. On clear sunny days while driving along the coast one might chance to see sharks in the deep blue water or fleet footed Gazelle sprint across the landscape. Return to Muscat and check in at your hotel in Muscat. Overnight stay at Muscat hotel.

• Day 5 : Dolphin Watching + Shopping Tour

  0700 Hrs: Transfer from the Muscat hotel to the Marina to embark on a boat as we search the seas for Dolphins and Whales. Watching wild dolphins is a thrilling way to start the day and the lucky may even come across one of the many species of whales that can be found just a few kilometres from Muscat’s rugged coast. Not every trip guarantees a sighting, but you are sure to enjoy a trip out to sea and enhance your knowledge of nature’s most fascinating marine mammals.
  1000 Hrs: Return to the Marina and proceed to the hotel.
  1600 Hrs: Proceed for 04 hours shopping tour visit the Grand Mall & The Avenue Mall.
  2000 Hrs. Return to the Hotel. Overnight stay at Muscat hotel

• Day 6 : Departure Transfers

  1200 Hrs. Check out from the hotel.
  Transfer from hotel to Muscat International Airport to catch flight back home.

• Air tickets and hotels are subject to availability.


• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.


• The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.


• All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air Conditioned vehicles, It will be switched off in the hills.


• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.


• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1400hrs and the standard check-out time is 1200hrs.


• The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Pretty Planet Travels will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.


• In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.


• Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal).


• The distance mentioned in the itinerary is correct however travel time depends on traffic and road condition.


• Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice.

• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies.


• The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking

• Pretty Planet Travels reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice. This booking is not valid on long week vacations, festival season, peak season or any other occasional season etc. Please refer our booking office for booking in the mentioned seasons at booking@prettyplanettravels.com .


• We reserve the right to use an alternate accommodation or airfare of an equal or matchable standard.


• If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.


• Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings.


• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.


• The surcharge for any payment made in our online payment gateway through credit or debit Card or Master card or VISA card will be applied @ 3.5 % additionally charged over the total cost.


• The surcharge for any payment made in our online payment gateway through Net banking will be applied @ 4 % additionally charged over the total cost.


• The surcharge for any payment made in our online payment gateway through American express/ JCB/ Cash card will be applied @ 5 % additionally charged over the total cost.


• Bookings once confirmed can be requested by customer for cancellation, charges for which shall be advised at that time. In an event of cancellation of the tour package on any grounds wether due to uncontrollable factors like natural calamities, political strikes etc, the initial advance deposit shall be forfeited.


• All disputes are subject to Dharamshala Jurisdiction court only.


• No refunds after issuing of this confirmation.


• In case of cancellation/postponed or No show the guest will be liable to pay the full amount as per our booking plan.


• Accommodation shall be provided only for dates confirmed. No refunds for unused nights. POSTPONMENT AMOUNTS TO CANCELLTION.


• No refunds in full or part for any service provided due to technical or other reasons beyond our control


• NON REFUNDABLE / NON TRANSFERABLE. All Disputes are subject to Dharamshala Court Jurisdiction Only.

Booking policy :-

• At the time of booking, every guests has to make an advance payment to secure his/her booking on CONFIRM basis with us. This is usually 25% of total cost.


• 45 days before departure: Rs. 30,000/- per person


• 45 – 30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost


• Less than 30 days of departure: 100% of total tour cost


• Important to be aware that the advance paid as booking deposit is non-refundable.


• Final handover of hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Passports etc. will be done only upon receiving full and final payment.


• For payments made through cheque / traveller’s cheque, documents will only be dispatched after the cheque clearanc
