Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive in Srinagar

  On your arrival at the Srinagar International Airport, you will be taken for a 35 minutes drive through the heart of New
  Srinagar city, passing the Abdullah bridge which connects the banks of the Jhelum river. Visit the famous Mughal
  gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. Later drive for an hour of Shikara ride(At additional cost ) in the Dal lake. Dinner and
  Overnight in hotel / houseboats

• Day 2 : Srinagar to Gulmarg

  After breakfast in the morning, proceed towards Gulmarg. Enroute you get to see the beautiful Tangmarg town and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. Arrive in Gulmarg early in the afternoon and check in at the
  hotel. Later, begin a short tour, boarding the Gondola cable car system (at additional cost ). Descend back to Gulmarg
  after an hour and later indulge in some horse-riding(At additional cost ). Stay overnight at hotel in Gulmarg.

• Day 3 : Gulmarg to Pahalgam

  After breakfast, we drive to Pahalgam via Pampore, Avantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as
  the bread basket of Kashmir. We switch from the national highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through the second largest
  city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel on the Lidder river flowing from the opposite
  direction. In Pahalgam, check-in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in
  Pahalgam.

• Day 4 : Local Sightseeing in Pahalgam and drive to Srinagar

  In Pahalgam, visit Betaab Valley , Aru and Chandanwari (at additional cost ) as well as take a horse riding trip to
  Baisaran meadows (at additional cost ). After sightseeing around the mountain valley for most of the day, we will drive
  back to Srinagar and transfer to the hotel/ houseboat for overnight stay.

• Day 5 : Departure Transfer to Airport

  After your breakfast, we will assist you with transfers to airport. However, On your way, you can make a brief stopover

• Rates are not valid for long weekend and festive season.


• Package valid only for Indian nationals.


• Any Kind of jungle safaris are not included.Air tickets and hotels are subject to availability.


• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

Note-

• PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air Conditioned vehicles, It will be switched off in the hills.The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300hrs and the standard check-out time is 1000hrs.Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc..) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Via.com will not be responsible for any checkin denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.Flight Raja Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice

• We are not holding any rooms or airline seats as of now and above mentioned is quote only , subject to availability at the time of confirmation . First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost . Itinerary provided is just suggestive and the sightseeing will be done as per availability. In case of no show or late cancellation after reconfirmation charges applicable as per the Hotels Policy and other vendors policy.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to INR 3000 per person


• Cancellations between 20 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention


• Cancellations between 20 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention


• Cancellations made within 15 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention


• Bank transaction charges apply on credit card/net banking refunds.
