Day 1 : Hanoi arrival
Arrive at Hanoi airport where an English speaking tour guide will welcome you and take you to a hotel in the center of the city (30 km - 45km) for relax.
In the afternoon you have half day tour to walk around Hanoi old quarter, visit Hoan Kiem lake, Ngoc Son temple, Quan Thanh pagoda. Overnight in Hanoi
Day 2 : Hanoi- Bac Ninh
In the morning, having breakfast. After one hour driving, we arrive at Dinh Bang village, visit village surrounding. We will have more knowledge about local life-people; local market with simple goods was sold or walking around long rice field. Refresh atmosphere brings us feel free and more comfortable. We return Do temple to have lunch and enjoy traditional music show "Quan Ho".
Free time to see the local people and buying some local goods before we leave for DongKy village, which is well-known for its craft of making things of wood with high artistic sophistication. The whole village, in the day-time is full of sawing and chiseling sounds. The main articles made there are furniture of high quality: tables, chairs, cupboards and ornate beds.
Back to Hanoi then enjoy street food tour. Start at 5 pm. We walk around old quarter then visit Bach Ma temple is the oldest temple in the city, from the 18th century see the old structures made in wood and statue of the legendary white horse, as well as a beautiful red-lacquered funeral palanquin. Next stop we go shopping at Dong Xuan market we can go into to watch hundreds of stall with various commodity, we can easily buy them as a souvenir. Having lunch we sit down with the Hanoi locals enjoy noodle food like Banh Cuon or Bun Cha at local eatery
Your local guide will then take you to one of Hanoi’s best kept secrets, a hidden café to drink Egg Coffe . This hard-to-find café is one of the few left in the city that still serves egg coffee, a scrumptious local delicacy that we will sample whilst admiring the hustle and bustle of the city centre below. Day 3 : Hanoi - Halong Bay with Dinner in cave
Arrive around lunchtime and embark on a luxury wooden junk boat for an enchanting 2 day and 1 night Ha Long Bay cruise. Sail by huge intricate honeycomb rocks, hidden caves and enchanting lagoons. Lose yourself in the stunning landscape and spy interesting shapes in the rocks. The ever-changing light, fog and clouds reflect off the waters of the bay, creating a magical and mercurial atmosphere.
Enjoy an excellent lunch on board the boat, including delicious, fresh local seafood. In the evening, anchor and spend the night on the bay. Swim in the crystal waters or go kayaking around the extraordinary limestone towers. In the evening having dinner in spectacular Halong cave , dining in Halong Bay grotto/cave is definitely an unforgettable experience. Day 4 : Halong Bay – Flight to Da nang – Hoi An
Early birds can attend a Tai Chi demonstration on the sundeck at the break of dawn. Start the day enjoying some Paradise delights with a colourful buffet breakfast. Continue exploring Halong Bay sailing across its 2000 islets and visiting some of its major highlights.In the afternoon drive back to Hanoi, transfer to Noi Bai airport to take flight to Danang. Day 5 : Hoi An farming and fishing tour
We will spend time with local farmers and fishermen on this tour. We journey by bicycle and boat and explore the countryside of Hoi An and experience traditional farming and fishing methods as we discover the waterways and fishing villages.
07.30 Your guide will meet you at your hotel. After a short briefing, it’s time to click on your helmet and peddle through the stunning countryside, bound for the village of Tra Que.
08.30 We arrive at Tra Que Village. The village is famous for its fresh local herbs and vegetables, and is named after the sweet smelling herb that is used to flavor many local Hoi An dishes. The farmers in the village use no fertilizers in their soil, using instead, an algae found only in a lagoon adjacent to the village. It produces abundant and delicious herbs and vegetables. Among many others, the herbs are used to flavor Banh Xeo, Cao Lau and My Quang, all local dishes. Local people insist on these herbs for the very best quality dish. Enjoy a village tour to learn about the gardens that are abundant with red eye chilli, lemongrass, basil, coriander and spring onions. Jump right in and see how the plots are planted, tended and watered with the guidance of local family farmers.
10.30 It’s time to return to our bikes and travel through the countryside, passing coconut palms and shrimp farms as we go. We arrive at the house of a local fishing family. A local family and guide will take you on a journey through the untouched waterways, fringed by river coconut palms in the unique coracle boat: a mystery of navigation. Take the opportunity to see a local fisherman dredge the river bed in search of river snails. Remember your camera as the journey is special.
12.00 After our coracle boat experience we put our bicycles on our Chic boat to travel to a local village. 13.00 Our hosts have prepared a delicious lunch for us and we can enjoy our food with them. Enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by the local family.
14.00 After your lunch, here we take a bicycle around the village to meet the locals who make the fishing nets that are so important to the fishermen and women. We have time to learn about the life and customs of the locals and enjoy their crafts of mat building and weaving. It is very common for the local craftsmen to sing their ancient folk songs as they work. The songs are soothing and relaxing and we take time to enjoy the spell binding music. End of road, making our way to the “Bamboo House” built by a bamboo craftsman, we enjoy the traditional art of bamboo furniture making. These trades have been handed down through the generations and continue to play a vital role in Hoi An culture.
15.00 We board the boat again and continue our journey along the river. The water- way is filled with bird-life and the local fishermen will be preparing for the night’s fishing. It’s a hive of activity and the photo opportunities are endless. 15.30 Return to Hoi An and travel by bicycle to your hotel. Relax and free visit Hoi An ancient town. Overnight in Hoi An
Day 6 : Hoi An Village by scooter
The tour kicks off in style with a delicious smoothie and muffin at our classy riverside lounge in the center of Hoi An. After that it’s time to hop on your scooter to start exploring Hoi An’s hidden gems and charismatic locals. First up is a drive past the old town to Cam Nam Island where we’ll visit some local houses and places where people live and work traditional lives.
We first visit a local ship repair yard to experience the hard work involved in maintaining a local fishing boat. This stop represents the special connection Hoi An people have with the ocean and river and you’ll learn about daily life both on and off the water.
Next on the agenda is a short drive through a local village and beautiful countryside, before visiting a traditional lantern marker and a unique and creative outdoor gym of local people. Also included is a stop at an ancestor house where guests can learn more about the belief system in Vietnam and the importance of family.
We’ll then continue on to our friends at the local shoemaker, the funniest stop en route where you’ll get to interact with a jolly bunch of shoemakers and learn about the ancient tradition of tailoring and shoe making in Hoi An.
Vietnam Signature Experience 12 Day
Before having a short break at a stall overlooking Hoi An Ancient Town and the Thu Bon River, we visit a rice cracker place to observe the traditional cracker making process as well as have a taste of the yummy end-product. During the riverside break stop, we will meet one of the trainee chefs from our NGO partner, Streets International, who will bring along some delicious bread for you to sample whilst you spend some time chatting with him about the project.
Afterwards, on our drive through the countryside, you’ll experience up close the resplendent beauty of the rice paddies, grazing buffalo and monkey bridges (the local nickname for unique bamboo bridges so thin that it is joked that only monkeys can cross them!), all of which are guaranteed to provide plenty of perfect photo opportunities.

Day 7 : Hoian – Da nang – Flight to Ho Chi Minh
After having breakfast, transfer to the airport to take flight to Ho Chi Minh city: Notre Dame Cathedral, War remnant museum, Reunification Palace, Thien Hau pagoda,Ben Thanh market..Then in the evening enjoy The A O Show combines exciting elements such as bamboo cirque, acrobatics, contemporary dance, and theatrical visual arts. Day 8 : Ho Chi Minh- Cai Be
In the morning you depart to Cai Be,taking a 2 hour journey to Cai Be, a charming city on the banks of the Mekong River. Check in at the Mekong Lodge in the heart of Cai Be, a quintessential Mekong Delta village. Take a bike ride around the village, a cooking class to learn how to prepare local specialties, or participate in a fruit and vegetable carving class. Overnight in Cai Be
Day 9 : Cai Be – Tra On
After breakfast, board the Le Cochinchine boat for a delightful Mekong cruise. Enjoy the sound of the busting floating market amid the aquatic land’s beautiful landscape. Day 10 : Tra On – Can Tho – Phu Quoc
Enjoy breakfast on board while cruising toward Can Tho on the Bassac River. Upon arrival, re-embark to visit Cai Rang floating market, the most bustling and largest one in the Mekong Delta. Disembark around 10 a.m. at the Ninh Kieu wharf and transfer to the airport by shuttle bus to take flight to Phu Quoc Island that is located in the Gulf of Thailand, Phu Quoc is a dreamy tropical island with warm waters. Most of its interior is still coated with dense tropical forests, and its coastline is filled with unspoiled white sand beaches.
