Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : ARRIVAL SRINAGAR- LOCAL SIGHTSEEINGS (MUGHAL GARDENS)

  Srinagar–On arrival at Srinagar, you will be met by our representative at the airport and assistance on arrival and proceed sightseeing to Hotel check-in.. Srinagar is also known as "Paradise on Earth" and "The Venice of Asia. Afternoon tour of world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love), Chesh Ma Shahi ( Royal Spring garden) and Shankracharya temple where from you will have the fantastic view of the whole Srinagar city and lakes. • Day 2 : SRINAGAR TO GULMARG (EXCURSION)

  After breakfast in the morning, proceed towards Gulmarg. Enroute you get to see the beautiful Tangmarg town and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. Arrive in Gulmarg early in the afternoon and check in at the hotel. Later,begin a short tour, boarding the Gondola cable car system (the 08 minutes ropeway) Spend the rest of the time by enjoying the natural beauty of the valley, snowy mountains and take walks on the lush green meadows of flowers. then proceed to enjoy the most exciting activity Gondola cable car ride the Asia’s longest and world’s highest cable car.   After breakfast Drive straight transfer to Pahalgam 96 KMs, also known as ‘The valley of Shepherds or Trekker’s Paradise for 01 night stay. On the way visit Awantipura ruins, Saffron fields One of the most beautiful places on earth, the town of Pahalgam offers breath-taking views. • Booking your Holiday:
• Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make any booking unless you are 18 years of age or older and understand and agree with the following terms and conditions.
• Your contract in respect of your holiday is made with Penguin our and Travels (‘the Company‘), registered in Srinagar and all bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.
• All communications by the Company in relation to your holiday will be sent to the address stated on the booking form.
• All bookings must be made through an authorised representative of the Company. At the time of booking the Company booking form must be completed and submitted together with a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking.
• Receipt of the deposit and booking form by the Company does neither guarantee nor imply confirmation of the booking. No booking shall be confirmed until the Company issues a written notice. The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason and shall in that event return any deposit received.

Payment Terms & Methods :
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your State/ Country or upon arrival.
Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season 50% payment is required to be sent in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
You may cancel your holiday at any time providing you notify the Company in writing. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:
30 days or more 50% of Deposit
21 – 30 days 50% of Deposit
8 – 15 days 80% of Tour Cost
1 – 7 days 100% of Tour Cost
