Payment Terms & Methods :
50% Advance at time of booking

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
 More than 14 days before Arrival date: 20% of the total cost will be charged.
 Between 10 days to 14 days: 30% of the total cost will be charged.
 Between 6 days to 10 days: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
 Within 6 days Arrival date or No show: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
 Bookings made less than 10 days before Arrival date are 100% non-refundable.
 Failure to arrive is considered as a No Show. No Show without intimation will not only lead to 100% charges but also will release the reservation.
 No Refund in case of early Departure 100% of the total cost will be charged.
 Any preponement and postponement of booking will be treated as cancellation and liable for cancellation charges as above.
 Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flight or any other transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above.
