  Terrible service! Royal Services sent us a driver, Malik Khan, who deserted us in Rishikesh during our trip. He claimed a family emergency and promised to return but disappeared and switched off his phone. We were left scrambling with no help from the agency.   We are from Bangalore. We had a week long program @ Rishikesh, but we want to go early and plan to visit Badrinath before the program starts. We were searching in net and got know about your org and called. Immediately we got the response and it was very professional.But we were skeptical about the plan.
