Day wise Itinerary

Day 1

Kathmandu – Janakpur

At 7 AM. Pick up from airport/hotel in Kathmandu. Drive to Janakpur via beautiful scenic beauty on the way.

Stop on the way for lunch (on direct payment basis).

Arrive at Janakpur, check into hotel.

Afternoon visit Janaki Temple, Ram-Sita Vivaha Mandap and in evening attend Aarti at Ganga Sagar

Janaki Temple – Goddess Sita was born and also known as Naulakha Temple because construction cost of this temple was Nine Lakh rupees.

Ram-Sita Vivah Temple – an another famous place where Lord Rama’s and Goddess Sita’s marriage took place.

Aarti at Ganga Sagar – It is believed that any person who takes a dip in Ganga Sagar will attain Moksha. In evening daily people gather here for Ganga Aarti.

After sightseeing return to hotel. Dinner at hotel.

Day 2

Tour of Janakpur and return to Kathmandu!

Early morning breakfast at hotel. Visit Janaki Temple again to see the locals’ life/culture in the vicinity of Janaki Temple.

After sightseeing drive back to Kathmandu.
Arrive Kathmandu. Drop at hotel/airport. End of services
