  The driver Surendra Kumar was punctual, professional, and very courteous throughout the trip. Driving was smooth and safe, and the car was clean and comfortable. The driver followed traffic rules, took efficient routes, and made the ride stress-free. I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. Would definitely recommend and book again.   CHANDIGARH SHIMLA MANALI FAMILY TOUR 3-10 NOV 2018 Respected Sir, I was very extremely satisfied with Fakhri Travels. Mr Yusuf Bhai the owner has proven to be very courteous and helpful from the beginning trying to organize at the best our trip to Chandigarh , Shimla and Kullu Manali for 7 nights & 8 days. The driver was very professional and friendly and the accomodation was also superb. He had provided New Innova Crysta Car for 8 days to us. All three Hotels were awesome. N the best part is at whatever time in a day or night you call for any thing to Mr Yusuf Bhai he immediately answers your call and see to it that he solves your issues or doubts immediately. Thanks to Mr Yusuf Bhai for being so co operative and also reasonable. He provides good services at reasonable price.   I's searching in Google for a best package to kullu manali were I wish to take my wife for a honeymoon. Then I found N-number of tours & travels which provides a good package for the same. I got a chaos in booking the package, so I enquired about 3-4 tours & travels agency which marks my budget. Then I got a call from ranjana (Awesome Trips pvt ltd- shimla)who was so friendly & soft spoken. She clearly gave me a brief notes about the package & details over the phone. She was so patiently cleared all my quries. Then I booked a luxury package for 3n-4d kullu manali trip. We dont have any idea about the place or people where we are going and the language too but as she promised me in the package everything was arranged by forth. She use to call me from day 1 and guide me as a friend and whenever I had problem over there she use to solve at once. Hotel Rockland inn was the hotel where we stayed and I'l give 4 stars for its ambience and cleanliness. But I give 5 stars for the hospitality and service they provide us.  I also give 5 star for the cab driver/guide who was so friendly and described all the places so well for us.  Finally I'l give 5+ star for ranjana who supported, guided, helped us through out the trip that makes us feel safe and enjoyed the trip.  P.S...   It was the first time we arranged a tour via any tour and travels group. Awesome travels provided awesome service and guidance even with an average package rate. We took 4 night 5 days tour package of Delhi, Kullu Manikaran and Manali. It was a packed schedule but we enjoyed the whole trip. It was worth the expenditure, the service and specially the food of budget hotel in Manali was awesome, we didnt wanted to go for 3 start hotel due to budget but these delux hotel within the budget was really good. All my family members were very happy with the fooding and lodging of the hotel and enjoyed the scenic beauty of Manali. I would again consider Awesome Tours and Travels for Holiday trip in North India. Appreciation for Resu Ji for her availability at the time of requirement and easing out the formalities required for different site seeing, so that we don't have any worries on our shoulders and just enjoy the trip. ...more
