  The pickup from Nairobi went very well, and our driver, Julius, was excellent - he explained everything very well in English and allowed us to stop and take pictures at will on every game drive. The private 4x4 Land Cruiser Jeep was super comfortable, dust and sand were no problem. Among the Big Five, lion, elephant, buffalo and giraffe were easily seen, and even a cheetah was seen hunting - unbelievable! I enjoyed visiting the villages of the Maasai people and seeing their culture, dance and way of life. The camp was clean, the food was delicious (especially breakfast and dinner). 2 nights wasn't enough, I want to go again! Being a private tour, we have the same flexibility as the group. ...more

  What a wonderful tour! We wanted the private tour to take its own time, and this 12-day safari provided just that. I've seen great wildlife in both Kenya and Tanzania. In Masai Mara lions, leopards, elephants - all have been seen from close. Seeing flocks of flamingos and rhinos on the banks of Lake Nakuru was a very special experience. On a clear day in Amboseli, Mt. Seeing Kilimanjaro is a truly memorable moment. At the end, the Ngorongoro Crater amazes us - the animals around, the beautiful scenery, and the tranquil atmosphere.   I have completed Bencia's 7 Days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha & Amboseli Budget Safari. Booking with Alfred was easy - he answered every email and call quickly, and even suggested the best photo spots for the season. Our driver-guide, Joseph, was outstanding: sharing interesting facts about wildlife, passion, animals, and Maasai culture, and spotting a leopard on a tree branch at sunset! The highlights were endless - huge herds of elephants in front of snow-capped Kilimanjaro in Amboseli, and white rhinos, hippos and birds in Lake Naivasha, and lions, cheetahs in the Mara Plains. The budget accommodation was well-maintained (good beds, clean facilities, power points) and the food was plentiful and delicious - breakfast buffet, packed lunch, and dinner barbecue under the stars.   We did a 4-day safari with Natural World Kenya Safaris, and honestly it was a great experience for our family. On the first day, we were fascinated by the numerous flamingos in Lake Nakuru. Getting close to Rhino was a special moment of the trip. Everyone was happy to see hippos and different types of birds in the water while taking a boat ride in Naivasha. But I got the real safari feeling at Masai Mara. In two days, we saw lion pride, cheetah hunting, and a group of elephants walking together. I was lucky enough to see a leopard.   Our December 2024 safari with Lamara Tourism was simply outstanding! Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Samburu were breathtaking, and staying at Serena Hotels made it even more luxurious.
