  The pickup from Nairobi went very well, and our driver, Julius, was excellent - he explained everything very well in English and allowed us to stop and take pictures at will on every game drive. The private 4x4 Land Cruiser Jeep was super comfortable, dust and sand were no problem. Among the Big Five, lion, elephant, buffalo and giraffe were easily seen, and even a cheetah was seen hunting - unbelievable! I enjoyed visiting the villages of the Maasai people and seeing their culture, dance and way of life. The camp was clean, the food was delicious (especially breakfast and dinner). 2 nights wasn't enough, I want to go again! Being a private tour, we have the same flexibility as the group. ...more

  Very professional, attentive and patient. Our safari planner Philis was in constant communication with us all the way. The hotels that were provided on our trip were all very good.   One of the most memorable moments of our 4-day Masai Mara safari was stopping the jeep on the open plains to see a stunning scene - a herd of topi antelope on one side, and a few zebras walking calmly in the middle. It felt like watching a living painting of the African wild. Our guide Michael was excellent - he knew exactly where to stop without disturbing the animals. The luxury accommodation, well-timed game drives, and updates on animal sightings made the trip smooth and enjoyable. Even the food was impressive.   Our four-day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru tour was the best experience of a lifetime. From day one, Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris has taken great care of us. In Masai Mara, we were able to see the Big Five, including lions, elephants, and cheetahs, very closely. Guide Joseph was very knowledgeable and always tried to show us the good side.   This 4-day tour is like a photo album - every moment is captured on camera. We were able to approach the animals in a private jeep without any hesitation. Our guide Martin was lively and very knowledgeable. Seeing rhinos and zebras together in Lake Nakuru, watching flocks of birds flying over the lake in Naivasha and waking up to the roar of lions in Masai Mara - these are experiences I will never forget. ...more

  Our December 2024 safari with Lamara Tourism was simply outstanding! Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Samburu were breathtaking, and staying at Serena Hotels made it even more luxurious.
