  The pickup from Nairobi went very well, and our driver, Julius, was excellent - he explained everything very well in English and allowed us to stop and take pictures at will on every game drive. The private 4x4 Land Cruiser Jeep was super comfortable, dust and sand were no problem. Among the Big Five, lion, elephant, buffalo and giraffe were easily seen, and even a cheetah was seen hunting - unbelievable! I enjoyed visiting the villages of the Maasai people and seeing their culture, dance and way of life. The camp was clean, the food was delicious (especially breakfast and dinner). 2 nights wasn't enough, I want to go again! Being a private tour, we have the same flexibility as the group. ...more

  Don't miss a chance to visit the iconic parks of Kenya and Tanzania in one trip. We saw the migration at Masai Mara, the rhinos and flamingos at Lake Nakuru, and the sight of Kilimanjaro standing behind the elephants at Amboseli - in a word - is amazing. The game drive to Serengeti was the highlight of the entire trip. The lodges were luxurious, and the guide was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the 12 days.   This 5-day tour of Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East was truly incredible. The first day at Amboseli was filled with the sight of a huge herd of elephants in the backdrop of Kilimanjaro. Then seeing hippos and fish under the crystal clear waters of Mzima Springs in Tsavo West, and the black volcanic landscape of the Shetani Lava Flow - it was like being on another planet! The red soil of Tsavo East and the herds of red elephants have impressed one and all. Guide Richard is amazing - he used to tell the names of every animal, habits, even small stories so beautifully that it never felt boring. Beds and car were very comfortable and the food was excellent. The team at Bencia Africa planned everything so perfectly that we just won.   LaMara put together a great luxury safari for me. Hit Amboselli the Nakura...3 nights 4 days. Our driver tour guide Nelson was the best...aka Kevin Hart from Jumanji....Nice toyota 4*4 Land Cruiser safari vehicle....Nelson knows his stuff and is great at finding animals....We scored Lions both days in Amboslli...the bomb....The elephants are incredbile in Amboselli.... Is a long haul to Nakura from Amboselli so dont know if I would recommend the 1 night in Nakura. But i didnt mind...saw rhinos there....Both lodges o takai and ziwa in nakuru were great.. waking up to the plains sunrise...nice....book the luxury...you only live once... Office staff excellent also....thanks LaMara... ...more

  The safari trip was planned out perfectly, with each stop providing a unique experience. Our driver, John, was knowledgeable, reliable and charming. The accommodations chosen and booked by Vincent were clean, comfortable and provided delicious food and excellent views. The game drives were magical and will be cherished memories forever.
