  The entire trip was well planned. During the 4x4 jeep safari, we saw the Big Five - Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino - from close quarters. The guide was wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything about the animals and the environment in a great way. Since the tour was completely private, it was enjoyed on its own without any hustle and bustle. Accommodation was comfortable and beautiful. Whether you want a hot air balloon ride, a Masai community visit or a boat ride on Lake Naivasha - all options are great. A perfect combination of nature, luxury and adventure.   I have completed Bencia's 7 Days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha & Amboseli Budget Safari. Booking with Alfred was easy - he answered every email and call quickly, and even suggested the best photo spots for the season. Our driver-guide, Joseph, was outstanding: sharing interesting facts about wildlife, passion, animals, and Maasai culture, and spotting a leopard on a tree branch at sunset! The highlights were endless - huge herds of elephants in front of snow-capped Kilimanjaro in Amboseli, and white rhinos, hippos and birds in Lake Naivasha, and lions, cheetahs in the Mara Plains. The budget accommodation was well-maintained (good beds, clean facilities, power points) and the food was plentiful and delicious - breakfast buffet, packed lunch, and dinner barbecue under the stars. The group size was perfect for building friendships, and the pace was active but not exhausting. Bencia offers really good value - professional, fun and unforgettable. ...more

  We stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed it. Since the departure from Nairobi, the guide explained everything in a very friendly way. In the first game drive in Masai Mara, we saw lions and elephants - it was a big surprise for us. The lodge was also cozy, and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere while sitting outside in the evening. It is worth remembering the moment of having lunch next to the Mara River. Another highlight of the trip was the sighting of flamingos and rhinos at Lake Nakuru.   We had a lovely 15-days African safari trip through Ol Pejeta (1 Night), Samburu (2 Nights), Lake Nakuru (1 Night), Masai Mara (2 Nights), Serengeti (3 Nights), Ngorongoro (1 Night), Tarangire (1 Night), Lake Manyara (1 Night) and Amboseli National Park (2 Nights). Esther- our tour organizer was very good with communication in response to our queries very promptly. Our safari drivers, Patrick in Kenya and Salu in Tanzania were exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable. Their warm personality and expertise made the journey not only educational but also deeply enjoyable. We opted for the luxury option and the accommodations were very good.   LaMara put together a great luxury safari for me. Hit Amboselli the Nakura...3 nights 4 days. Our driver tour guide Nelson was the best...aka Kevin Hart from Jumanji....Nice toyota 4*4 Land Cruiser safari vehicle....Nelson knows his stuff and is great at finding animals....We scored Lions both days in Amboslli...the bomb....The elephants are incredbile in Amboselli.... Is a long haul to Nakura from Amboselli so dont know if I would recommend the 1 night in Nakura. But i didnt mind...saw rhinos there....Both lodges o takai and ziwa in nakuru were great.. waking up to the plains sunrise...nice....book the luxury...you only live once... Office staff excellent also....thanks LaMara... ...more
