  The pickup from Nairobi went very well, and our driver, Julius, was excellent - he explained everything very well in English and allowed us to stop and take pictures at will on every game drive. The private 4x4 Land Cruiser Jeep was super comfortable, dust and sand were no problem. Among the Big Five, lion, elephant, buffalo and giraffe were easily seen, and even a cheetah was seen hunting - unbelievable! I enjoyed visiting the villages of the Maasai people and seeing their culture, dance and way of life. The camp was clean, the food was delicious (especially breakfast and dinner). 2 nights wasn't enough, I want to go again! Being a private tour, we have the same flexibility as the group. ...more

  Starting from Nairobi and reaching the vast grasslands of the Masai Mara National Reserve, everything was beautifully organized. The game drive was the most exciting part of the trip. We were able to see several of the Big Five animals up close, including lions, elephants, and buffaloes. The view of the sunset over the savannah was breathtaking. Visiting Maasai village was also a special experience. I really enjoyed learning about their culture and traditions.The three-day trip was short but full and memorable.   On this trip, I had the opportunity to visit three of the best African destinations together. At the beginning of Masai Mara all the marvellous scenes were seen - lions, cheetahs and large grasslands filled with the joy of life. Then in Lake Naivasha I got the quiet touch of nature with the calm boat ride of the lake and the chirping of the birds. When I finally reached Amboseli, I was fascinated by the rows of elephants in the backdrop of Kilimanjaro.   Our December 2024 safari with Lamara Tourism was simply outstanding! Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Samburu were breathtaking, and staying at Serena Hotels made it even more luxurious.
